て、上記基板の一面側に形成された入力及び出力
線路と、この入力及び出力線路のそれぞれにスル
ーホールを介して電気的に接続され上記基板の他
面側に形成されたフイルタ回路と、このフイルタ
回路の形成領域を囲んで上記基板他面側に形成さ
れたアースパターンと、このアースパターンにス
ルーホールを介して電気的に接続され上記フイル
タ回路の形成領域に対応する上記基板一面側に形
成されたフイルタアースパターンと、上記フイル
タ回路の形成領域に対応するシールド凹部を有し
上記基板がその他面側から載設される本体シヤー
シとを具備したことを特徴とするマイクロ波集積
