Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本案は高血圧症、狭心症等の治療、予防等に使
用する医療用貼付剤に関する。
用する医療用貼付剤に関する。
本案の実施例について説明すると、適宜形状に
形成された基材１の上面の全部若しくは中央部を
残して周縁部区帯にアクリル系、ゴム系、ビニル
エーテル系、シリコーン系その他の粘着剤等で形
成された貼付材層２を設け、その中央部区帯に織
布、不織布、フリース、スライバーその他で形成
された繊維層３をその周縁部に前記貼付材層を存
して設け、前記繊維層には、ニフエジピンをポリ
エチレングリコールとアセトンとの混合溶剤にと
かして得られる適宜濃度のニフエジピン溶液４を
含浸担持させ、この薬剤溶液含有繊維層の上面に
は前記貼付材層に対し剥離性な被覆５を設け、そ
の周縁部を前記繊維層の外側に露出している前記
貼付材層に被着している。
形成された基材１の上面の全部若しくは中央部を
残して周縁部区帯にアクリル系、ゴム系、ビニル
エーテル系、シリコーン系その他の粘着剤等で形
成された貼付材層２を設け、その中央部区帯に織
布、不織布、フリース、スライバーその他で形成
された繊維層３をその周縁部に前記貼付材層を存
して設け、前記繊維層には、ニフエジピンをポリ
エチレングリコールとアセトンとの混合溶剤にと
かして得られる適宜濃度のニフエジピン溶液４を
含浸担持させ、この薬剤溶液含有繊維層の上面に
は前記貼付材層に対し剥離性な被覆５を設け、そ
の周縁部を前記繊維層の外側に露出している前記
貼付材層に被着している。
上記繊維層を構成する繊維は綿、レーヨン、ポ
リビニルアルコール、ポリエステルその他の繊維
があるが、レーヨンその他の吸水性繊維は薬剤溶
液の保持性がすぐれ好適であり、合成繊維等の非
吸収性繊維と混合して薬剤の放出性を適度に調節
できる。

上記繊維層の外側の貼付材層は、前記剥離性被
覆を安定に仮着すると共に、貼付剤を施用した皮
膚上に所要時間安定に保定できるように形成さ
れ、又基材は適当な柔軟性、伸縮性を有するプラ
スチツクフイルム、アルミニウム箔その他の金属
箔等を積層したプラスチツクフイルム等が適宜使
用できる。剥離性被覆５も前記基材と同様な材料
で形成できる。
覆を安定に仮着すると共に、貼付剤を施用した皮
膚上に所要時間安定に保定できるように形成さ
れ、又基材は適当な柔軟性、伸縮性を有するプラ
スチツクフイルム、アルミニウム箔その他の金属
箔等を積層したプラスチツクフイルム等が適宜使
用できる。剥離性被覆５も前記基材と同様な材料
で形成できる。
図示の貼付剤６は、厚み60μのアルミニウム箔
積層ポリエチレンシートで形成された径約40mmの
円形状の基材１の上面に厚さ約40μのアクリル系
粘着剤からなる貼付材層を形成し、その中央部に
繊維層３として径約30mm、厚さ約0.5mmのレーヨ
ン不織布を載せ、これにニフエジピン４％溶液
（ポリエチレングリコール400を76ｇとアセトン20
ｇからなる混合溶剤にニフエジピン４ｇをとかし
た溶液）４0.75ｇを含浸させ、その上にアルミニ
ウム箔積層ポリエチレンフイルム５を被着してい
る。この貼付剤はニフエジピン30mgを含有してい
る。
積層ポリエチレンシートで形成された径約40mmの
円形状の基材１の上面に厚さ約40μのアクリル系
粘着剤からなる貼付材層を形成し、その中央部に
繊維層３として径約30mm、厚さ約0.5mmのレーヨ
ン不織布を載せ、これにニフエジピン４％溶液
（ポリエチレングリコール400を76ｇとアセトン20
ｇからなる混合溶剤にニフエジピン４ｇをとかし
た溶液）４0.75ｇを含浸させ、その上にアルミニ
ウム箔積層ポリエチレンフイルム５を被着してい
る。この貼付剤はニフエジピン30mgを含有してい
る。
この貼付剤は一箇乃至数個等の適当数をアルミ
ニウム箔積層ポリエチレンその他の不透過性材料
で密封して、市販に供することができる。

上記貼付剤を健康人志願者（血圧、最高132mm
Hg、最低86mmHg）に施用した結果、貼付して２
時間後に、血圧は最高118mmHg、最低80mmHgに
なつたが、軽い頭痛を伴うたので、該貼付剤を剥
がしたところ約10分間で頭痛は消失した。

本案は上述の如き構成で、ニフエジピンは繊維
層中にポリエチレングリコールとアセトンとの混
合溶剤溶液となつて存在するから、経皮吸収がよ
く、その吸収速度も適度にして薬剤液の保持性の
調節も容易にできて長時間薬効が持続でき、その
構造も簡単で施用も容易にできるもので、高血圧
症、狭心症等の治療、予防等に極めて有効であ
り、たとえ施用中副作用が生じても、貼付剤を皮
膚面から剥離すれば、極めて容易且つ迅速に消失
できるものである。
層中にポリエチレングリコールとアセトンとの混
合溶剤溶液となつて存在するから、経皮吸収がよ
く、その吸収速度も適度にして薬剤液の保持性の
調節も容易にできて長時間薬効が持続でき、その
構造も簡単で施用も容易にできるもので、高血圧
症、狭心症等の治療、予防等に極めて有効であ
り、たとえ施用中副作用が生じても、貼付剤を皮
膚面から剥離すれば、極めて容易且つ迅速に消失
できるものである。

Claims (1)
- 基材の少なくとも周面に貼付材層２を存してニ
フエジピンのポリエチレングリコールとアセトン
との混合溶剤の溶液を含浸させた繊維層を設け、
その上に剥離性被覆を施こした医療用貼付剤。
