Description
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は調理台、爼板、包丁、箸、食器具等の
調理器具の殺菌紫外線照射函に関する。
(従来の技術)
従来、食中毒が多発している爼板をはじめとし
て、包丁、箸等の調理器具は通常、水による洗
浄、或は日光の照射により、消毒殺菌を行なつて
いるが、水による洗浄は手間がかゝり、日光照射
は長時間を必要とし、従つてやゝもすると完全な
殺菌処理がしにくいために食中毒が後も絶たず、
故に包丁を多く利用する調理理場等では包丁を生
石灰混入の水箱中に没入せしめて、銹の防止も兼
ねた食中毒防止対策が行なわれているのが現状で
ある。
(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
しかしながら上記の如く、水による洗浄は何回
となく清浄水で洗い流さないと清浄効果がなく、
又、日光照射は完全に殺菌するには数時間を要
し、双方共に面倒で手間がかゝる問題点を有し、
又、水箱中に包丁を没入せしめる方法も数多くの
包丁を長時間漬けておくには、水が腐敗しやすい
等の問題を有していた。
(問題点を解決するための手段)
本考案は函枠中に紫外線包丁灯を並列に組込み
し、上端面側には包丁を挿入支持する条帯を設
け、底部には照射開閉底を各々設けて、吊下げ用
の支持杆で吊下げ照射可能の構成とすることによ
り上記問題点を解決したものである。
以下本考案を図面に基づいて説明すると、1は
内側は中空とし、外形を略立方体形に形成した紫
外線照射函である。2は紫外線照射函1の側面
3,3の下端部を縦断面L字形に各々外側に向け
曲折し、側面3,3と平行に設けた底板案内縁で
ある。4は、両端部をコ字形に折曲げして前記底
板案内縁2,2に滑動すべく遊嵌し、紫外線照射
函1の底面と略同一寸法に形成した開閉底であ
る。5は紫外線照射函1の底面に穿設した照射口
である。6,6は紫外線照射函1の上面7に、横
方向に二列に平行に中央には包丁挿入間隙8を設
けて貼着した包丁挟持板である。9,9は包丁挟
持板6,6の下側位置に包丁挿入間隙8と平行方
向に二列に照射間隔をあけて紫外線照射函1中に
横方向に架設した紫外線殺菌灯である。10は紫
外線照射函1の左右の側面11,11に左右の両
端を枢着した略コ字形の握持杆である。12は紫
外線殺菌灯9に接続したコードである。
(作用)
本考案を実施し、紫外線殺菌灯9,9に点灯し
た状態で包丁挿入間隙8内に包丁Aを挿入する
と、包丁の刃部の両側より強力な殺菌効果を有す
る紫外線が照射されて、包丁に付着繁殖しようと
する有害菌を殺菌消毒し、又、開閉底4を開く
と、照射口5が開口するので、握持杆10を手で
提げた状態で照射口5を爼板の表面上に移動さす
と、紫外線殺菌灯9,9から放射する殺菌紫外線
は照射口5より爼板表面に照射され約1〜2分で
有害菌を完全に殺菌、消毒することが可能とな
る。
(実施例)
包丁挟持板6は弾力性を有する合成樹脂板、或
は合成ゴム板が適する。又、紫外線殺菌灯9は紫
外線の波長253.7nm(ナノ、メーター)の殺菌線
を照射するものが望ましい。
紫外線殺菌灯9の殺菌効力試験結果を下記に示
す。

Therefore, in kitchens where knives are often used, the current practice is to immerse the knives in water boxes containing quicklime as a measure to prevent food poisoning and also to prevent rust. (Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, as mentioned above, washing with water has no cleaning effect unless it is rinsed with clean water several times.
In addition, sunlight irradiation takes several hours to completely sterilize, and both methods have the problem of being troublesome and time-consuming.
Furthermore, the method of immersing knives in a water box has the problem that the water tends to spoil if a large number of knives are soaked for a long time. (Means for solving the problem) The present invention incorporates ultraviolet knife lamps in parallel in the box frame, provides a strip for inserting and supporting the knife on the upper end side, and provides an irradiation opening/closing bottom at the bottom. The above-mentioned problems have been solved by using a suspension support rod for irradiation. The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes an ultraviolet irradiation box having a hollow interior and a substantially cubic outer shape. Reference numeral 2 designates a bottom plate guide edge provided in parallel to the side surfaces 3, 3 by bending the lower ends of the side surfaces 3, 3 of the ultraviolet ray irradiation box 1 toward the outside in an L-shaped longitudinal section. Reference numeral 4 designates an opening/closing bottom which has both ends bent into a U-shape and is slidably fitted into the bottom plate guide edges 2, 2, and is formed to have substantially the same dimensions as the bottom surface of the ultraviolet irradiation box 1. Reference numeral 5 denotes an irradiation port drilled in the bottom of the ultraviolet irradiation box 1. (考案の効果)
本考案を実施すると、包丁を紫外線照射函内に
挿し込むのみで嵩張らずに、即強力な殺菌が行な
われ、手間が全くかゝらず、又、爼板の表面等を
照射する場合は開閉底を開閉するのみで照射口よ
り強力な殺菌紫外線が放射するので簡単に手で提
げて1〜2分で完全に有害菌を殺菌することが可
能となり、調理器具より発生する食中毒の根絶に
