Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［発明の背景］ 一般的なサンルームでは、複数のパネルが互いに連結さ
れ、又、建物の外壁に連結されているが、そのような構
造では、接続部のコーキングが不完全なために、水漏れ
の問題が生じることが多い。
サンルームシステムでは、各接合部での主要シールが非
常に優れており、かつ、シールを通過した一切の水を外
部へ排出するようなバックアップ排水システムを設ける
ことが必要である。
サンルームは、多少の組立誤差を許容できる接続部を設
けて、簡単に組み立てられるようにしなければならない
。
［発明の要旨］ 垂直姿勢にある木製梁を備えた支持フレーム格子を最初
に組み立て、次に、ガラスパネル（ガラス板をはめたパ
ネル）をそれらの梁の頂部に置いてサンルームを完成さ
せる。各梁は頂部側に溝を含んでおり、ガラスパネルか
らの漏出水がその溝に受は入れられる。水は梁溝から外
部へ排出される。梁溝には防湿プラスチックコーティン
グが施してあり、木を湿気から守っている。
各ガラスパネルは周辺フレームを含み、該フレームは、
１対の上向き溝と１対の下向き溝とを有している。
ガラスパネルの水平又は横方向に延びる縁部（周辺フレ
ーム）は、防湿シールを通過する一切の水分についてバ
ックアップ排水部として機能する。
この周辺フレーム溝は、ガラスパネル同士を連結すると
ともに、それらを梁支持フレームに固定するための機械
的手段としても機能する。
バックアップ２次排水システムが各接続部に設けてあり
、そのシステムには、上向きに延びて周辺フレームの溝
に受は入れられるリブによりパネルの底部側に固定され
る樋を含んでいる。これらの樋はいずれかの方向におい
て梁の溝へ水を排出する。排水システムは、建物壁に対
する屋根連結部と、隣接するパネル同士の連結部とに設
けてあり、又、底部パネルの下縁部に沿って設けである
。
木製梁は、梁の長手方向に延びる底部側に配置した金属
板と、頂部側に配置した１対の板とで補強されている。
木のリブは頂部板の間を延びており、ガラスパネルを梁
に取り付けるためのねじを受は入れるとともに、縦仕切
りカバーを使用することにより、ガラスパネルに対する
梁接続部を覆っている。
調節式の角部雨押えが設けてあり、壁土の板の縁部を受
は入れる細長い溝を角部雨押えが有していることにより
、前壁及び端部壁の位置決め誤差が許容されるようにな
っている。
［実施例コ 本発明のサンルームは第１図に符号１ｏで全体が示され
ており、又、建物１２の側面に設けた状態で示されてい
る。サンルーム１０は前壁を有する傾斜した屋根１３を
含み、前壁に設けられた複数のパネル１６は上端部１８
が湾曲して屋根パネル２０の下端部に接続している。
フレーム構造部は、垂直面内で傾斜した複数の梁２２を
垂直な前壁梁２３に連結して構成されて、　　いる。梁
２２は合板で、上向きの溝２４をその頂部側に含んでい
る。その溝は側壁２６と基礎部２８とを存している。基
礎部２８は木の起立中央隆起部３０を１対の鋼板３２か
ら離れた状態で含んでおり、鋼板３２は梁を補強すると
ともに、ねじ３７で底部側に取り付けた補強板３４に対
してバランスをとっている。溝２４はＷ、　Ｒ，Ｇｒａ
ｃｅ　ａｎｄＧｏ、が供給しているｒｌｃｅ　ａｎｄ　
Ｗａｔｅｒ　５ｈｌｅｌｄＪ　　（登録商標）などのプ
ラスチック製シート３５で覆われている。このシートは
木製梁に水が侵入することを確実に防止する。
ガラスパネル２０は金属製周辺フレーム３６を含んでお
り、第５図の如く、フレーム３６は上向きの溝３８．４
０と下向きの溝４２．４４とを含んでいる。
第２図に示す如く、両側に発泡材４８を設けた縦仕切り
カバー４６が接着剤によりパネル１８．２０の頂部ガラ
ス表面に取り付けである。所定位置に接着剤で取り付け
た発泡材シール４８を仮に水が通過しても、その水は溝
３８．４０に確実に受は入れられる。この水はガラスパ
ネル２０の両側の梁溝２４へ流入する。
第４図の接合部に風が吹き込んだ場合や、水が周辺フレ
ーム溝３８．４０から溢れた場合のために、バックアッ
プ排水部がパネル１８．２０の下側に設けである。バッ
クアップ排水部は樋両押え５０を含み、両押え５０はフ
レーム溝４４に受は入れられる起立り・ブ５２を有して
いる。フランジ５４が端部周辺フレームまで端部の下側
を上向きに延びており、ガラスパネル２０の底部ガラス
に係合する発泡材シール５８を有している。
凝結水樋５８がガラスパネル２ｏの下端部に設けてあり
、凝結によりガラスパネル２ｏの底部側に生じた水をで
受けるようになっている。この水は樋５８で蒸発できる
。この樋は各梁２２の間を延びており、木製横部材６０
に適当に固定されている。従って、樋５０に到達した水
が、両側に配置した梁２２に運ばれることになる。
ガラスパネル２０は、その側縁部が、排水溝２４の側部
を形成する起立壁２６上に支持されており、具体的には
、パネルのガラスが壁２６に直接着座している。従って
、金属周辺フレーム３６は、隣接するフレーム３６に対
して間隔を隔てた状態で、梁溝２４の上側に配置されて
いる。縦仕切りカバー６２が周辺フレーム３６の上側に
設けてあり、ねじ６４により上記カバーがガラスパネル
縁部及び梁２２に固定しである。ねじ６４は補強板３２
の間の本降起部３０に固定されている。発泡材シール６
６が縦仕切り板６２とパネル２０のガラスとの間に設け
である。
梁溝２４に入った水は、第２図に示すように垂直梁２３
の溝を流下し、第７図に示すように６８で排出される。
更に第７図から明らかなように、凝結水槌７０が垂直前
壁ガラスパネル１６の下端部に設けである。
第６図には、建物１３に対するガラスパネル２０の合わ
せ方が示されている。パネルの上側縁部は、建物１３上
に支持した横梁７２上に支持されている。両押え７４は
、下向きに延びるリブ７６を、周辺フレーム溝４０に収
容された状態で備えている。上記両押えはＬ形部分７８
を含み、該部分は、上方へ延びてから、パネルに沿って
リブ７６から下向きに延びており、又、ガラスパネル２
０のガラスに密封状態で係合する発泡部材８０を含んで
いる。前向きに延びるフランジ８２が建物１３側へ延び
ており、又、その先端部８′４は、下向きかつ・前向き
に延びるフランジ８８を含む受け８６に受は入れられて
いる。シリコン・グラウティング９０により受け８６内
でフランジ８２の先端部８４が密封されている。
第１２図の樋両押え５０は、リブ５２が溝４４内へ上向
きに延びる状態で、周辺フレームの下側に配置されてお
り、一方、フランジ５４は、受け８６上の下向きフラン
ジ８８の自由端部の下側を、建物１３側へ上向きに延び
ている。以上から明らかなように、両押え７４の下側の
隙間に水が入っても、左又は右へ流れて隣接する梁溝２
４に流入する。
第８図〜第１０図には、壁が真直なサンルーム１０Ａが
示されている。これらの図には、第１図〜第７図の壁が
湾曲したサンルームとは異なるいくつかの特徴が示され
ている。ガラスパネル２０の下縁部は樋両押え１００を
含み、該両押え１００は、周辺フレーム３６の溝４４に
受は入れられる起立リブ１０２を有している。フランジ
１０４はパネルに沿ってリブ１０２から下向きに延びた
後、上向きに延びて終端が樋１０６内に達している。樋
１０６は隣接する梁溝２４の間を横方向に延びており、
それにより、発泡材シール４８を有する縦仕切りカバー
４６から吹き込んだ全ての水は回収され、サンルームの
内部及びサンルームの木部材から遠ざけられる。前向き
に延びるフランジ１０８がリブ１０２から延びており、
その自由前端部に、パネル２０のガラスと係合する発泡
部材１１０が設けである。凝結水槌５８が横梁１１２の
前側に設けである。
溝２４内の水は、第８図から明らかなように、水抜き孔
１１４からサンルームの外へ排出される。
その水もサンルームの端部まで流れ、角部通路１１６を
流下して地面へ排出される。
前部垂直壁ガラスパネルに対するサンルーム屋根連結部
の角部がカバー両押え１１８で仕上げられている。第９
図の如く、両押え１１８は、下向きに延びる脚部１２０
を周辺フレーム３６の溝４０に受は入れら状態で含み、
又、下側脚部が受け１２２で受は入れられている。第８
図の如く、梁２２の非露出側は、プラスチックコーティ
ングで被覆されている。
前壁と端壁にずれが生じる可能性があり、それに対応す
るために、調節自在の角部雨押え１３０が設けである。
角部雨押え１３０は溝付の脚部１３２．１３４を宵して
おり、その溝に、壁１４２．１４４にそれぞれ連結され
る壁板１３８．１４０がそれぞれ受は入れられている。
以上から明らかなように、細長い溝１３２Ａ１１３４Ａ
により、広範囲の調節を行って、建設時に生じる全ての
組立誤差を補償できる。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数の支持梁を有する屋根を含むフレーム支持構
    造体を設け、該梁は、一端部が高い位置にあって、他端
    部まで下向きに延びており、 上記各梁が頂部側及び底部側を有するとともに、溝形頂
    部側を含んでおり、 上記屋根が、上記溝に重なるとともに、上記梁の溝形頂
    部側に支持された隣接側縁部を有するガラスパネルを含
    んでおり、 上記ガラスパネルが、上記梁溝内へ排水するように配置
    されて横方向に延びる排水手段を含んでいることを特徴
    とするサンルーム。
  2. （２）屋根と、複数の対向側壁と、前壁とを有するフレ
    ーム支持構造体を設け、 上記側壁及び前壁が間隔を隔てて状態で角部で合わせて
    あり、それぞれ、他のものに対して直角に延びる板壁部
    分を含むとともに、外側の自由垂直縁部を有し、 互いに傾斜した状態で配置される１対の脚部を有する調
    節自在の角部雨押えを設け、各脚部が、細長い垂直溝を
    備えた外側縁部を有し、隣接する上記板の外側の垂直自
    由縁部が上記垂直溝に調節自在に収容されてその側壁と
    前壁との組立誤差を補償するようになっていることを特
    徴とするサンルーム。
