いる。Typical push button switches often use a rubber switch cover, which is used in various industrial equipment because of its excellent exterior and because it is integrally molded with the key part connected. It is widely used for input purposes. In a push button switch using such a rubber switch cover member, a separately molded conductive movable contact part is placed in a mold, a rubber material is placed in this mold, and a high temperature, Manufactured by molding under high pressure and integrally molding a rubber switch cover member consisting of a key top part, dome part, and leg part, and adhesively fixing a conductive movable contact to the key top part. It is turned on/off by pressing down with a finger and bringing this movable contact part into contact with a fixed contact on the printed circuit board.

A lead wire 4 is connected to the fixed contact portion 3. A spacer 5 is provided between the movable contact portion 2 and the fixed contact portion 3. A spiral flat spring was used as the movable contact portion 2. Further, the upper surface of the fixed contact section 3 that contacts the movable contact section 2 is provided with a plurality of contacts 3A to 3C having different resistance levels. Contact 3A
is set to 100Ω here, contact 3B is 10Ω, contact 3
C was set to lΩ. The fixed contact portion 3 is divided into two parts as shown in FIG. 2, each having contacts 3A to 3C. When the key top part IA of the rubber switch cover member 1 is pressurized, the largest diameter part of the movable contact part 2 made of a spiral flat spring contacts the contact point 3A first, and then the key top part IA is pressed. When pressurized, the portion of the spiral flat spring with the next largest diameter comes into contact with the contact point 3B, and when the key top portion IA is further pressurized, the portion of the spiral flat spring with the smaller diameter comes into contact with the contact point 3C. That is, by contacting the movable contact 2 in order from the contact of the fixed contact portion 3 with the highest resistance, the resistance decreases step by step.

In this second embodiment, a plurality of contacts 2A to 2D with different resistance levels are provided on the movable contact portion 2 side. In this embodiment, when pressure is applied to the key top part IA, the contact 2A contacts the fixed contact part 3 first, and as pressure is applied sequentially, the contact 2B, the contact 2C1, and the contact 2D contact the movable contact part 3 in that order. I will do it.
