るブラシターミナル保持用凸部を持つて成るブラ
シホルダー本体が熱可塑性樹脂モールドにより形
成され、
ハンダ可能な帯状金属板をブラシホルダー本体
の隆起部の横方向の長さでその一部をなす両端部
をブラシの挿入孔方向に折り曲げ隆起部の縦方向
側面に嵌合させ、

A brush terminal 20 is formed by soldering the other end of 1 to a band-shaped metal plate and creating a solder bulge 21 on the surface of the band-shaped metal plate opposite to the brush 24. The inside height is approximately equal to the raised part, the inside length of both sides is approximately equal to the vertical length of the raised part, and the lower part of the inside of both sides is provided with a brush holder. A brush cap convex portion 31 that engages with the brush cap guide groove-like recess 11 of the main body 10 is formed, and a protrusion near the rear and both lateral sides of the brush cap on the opposite side of the insertion direction along the brush cap guide groove-like recess 11 is formed. A part of the brush cap stopper is provided with a convex cap stopper 33 that comes into contact with the brush cap stopper, and a brush cap stopper hole 32 into which the brush cap stopper elliptical convex part 13 can be fitted is opened near the center of the upper surface of the brush cap stopper. The brush cap 30 is formed of a thermoplastic resin mold, and the brushes 24 each soldered to two brush terminals 20 are inserted into the insertion hole from the upper part of the brush insertion hole 14 provided on both sides of the raised part of the brush holder main body 10. 14, the flat part of each brush terminal 20 is inserted between the side surface of the raised part and the brush terminal holding convex part 12, and both ends of the brush terminal 20 are inserted into both longitudinal sides of the raised part. The side surfaces of the bent portions are fitted and inserted, and the brush cap 30 is moved from the open front of the brush cap 30 along the brush cap guide groove-like recess 11 of the brush holder main body 10 while bending its upper surface upward. A brush holding device characterized in that the cap stopper 33 is inserted until it comes into contact with the raised part of the brush holder main body 10, and the upward deflection of the upper surface is restored.
