Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely control an electric current applied to a heating unit and to prevent a mistake in the time of throwing in cooking materials by detecting an infrared ray radiated from a heating receptacle having a heating unit by a sensor to control an electric current applied to the heating unit. ができるとともに、油の温度を表示部に表示できるよう
にしているので材料投入の時期を誤るという欠点もなく
なり、極めて有用な電気揚げ物調理器を提供できるもの
である。
