発明が解決しようとする課題

れるが、発熱体101からの熱伝達の影響を受け、油温
度がT2に到達する前にサーモスタット104の温度が

が回復しないうちに発熱体への通電がOFFされるとい
う従来の課題は解消され、天ぷら等を適切に揚げること
ができるとともに、油の温度を表示部に表示できるよう
にしているので材料投入の時期を誤るという欠点もなく
なり、極めて有用な電気揚げ物調理器を提供できるもの
