射針にして、前記注射針本体は、細長い可撓性の
あるチユーブを主体とし、その先端には先端が尖
鋭な穿刺部となされた穿刺針が固定され、基部側
の開口部は前記栓体付き鋼材製細線の栓体と注射
筒の薬液注出口との嵌入定着部となる栓体装着用
口兼薬液注出口装着用口となすと共に、該基部側
には、該基部側の透孔に連通し、かつ蓋体が着脱
せしめられる注射筒の薬液注出口装着用口を付設
せしめてなり、前記栓体付き鋼材製細線は、前記
可撓性チユーブの基部から先端部近くに達する長
さで、その基部には前記栓体装着用口兼薬液注出
口装着用口に嵌入定着せしめられる栓体を固着せ
しめることによつて構成したことを特徴とし、こ
れによつて、上記の如き難点なり欠点なりを皆無
ならしめた内視鏡用注射針の提供を可能ならしめ

これを挿通可能な内視鏡における鉗子通路等の先
端より突出しないように挿入せしめるが、この挿
入操作も、この種これまでのものとは比較になら

液の注入操作にあたつては、粘度の低い薬液と粘
度の高い薬液とを問わず、略同等の流量で注入す
ることができるなどの実に優れた実用的効果を奏
