速装置において、ローターの円筒部の外周部分を

外側面を求心方向の傾斜面とした良導電性リング
を当て、かつ両側リング間において薄板内周面に

した内周部分を、上記外周部分の内側に組込み、
外周部分の外端面に押えリングを取着した渦電流
