Claims (1)
外径とほぼ同じ珪素鋼板製リングを積層して、全体とし
て円筒状で上記回転軸体と一体に回転可能な磁気軸受ロ
ータとし、この磁気軸受ロータの回わりに等角度間隔で
配置された磁気軸受ステータが作り出す磁場を上記磁気
軸受ロータに上記回転軸体の偏心をゼ用こ保つよう制御
しつつ作用きせることにより回転軸体を軸受支持するよ
うにした磁気軸受において、上記磁気軸受ロータと上記
回転軸体との間に非磁性材料のスリーブを介在させたこ
