When sliding on a bobbin cap, fuzzing, uneven unwinding tension, filament breakage, etc. occur, reducing yarn quality, especially in the stretching and false-twisting processes of synthetic fiber filaments that require high yarn quality. In the processing process, there were problems such as fatal yarn defects and complicated management procedures for inspecting and repairing bobbin caps.

With the parts intersecting, the inner endless side part of this intersection part 5 is curved into a circular shape to be elastically deformable. The ring part 3a is formed to be elastically deformable, and the outer side parts of both open ends 4 of the intersection part 5 are respectively A pair of mounting portions 3b, 3b are formed in a symmetrical manner by bending inward of the ring portion 3a.
The ring portion 3a is bent into an L shape in order to removably attach the guide member 3 to the cap base 1 by engaging with the ring portion 3a. The yarn unwound from the yarn layer of the bobbin is drawn out while circumscribing and sliding around the ring portion 3a.

The inner endless side part is curved into a circular shape to form a ring part 3a for circumscribing and sliding the thread, and the ring part 3a is elastically deformable. A pair of attachment portions 3b are formed by bending inward of the cap base 3a to be detachably attached to the cap base 1.

る。 For this reason, the guide surface of the guide member 3 on which the yarn to be unwound comes into sliding contact is hardened to significantly reduce damage and wear on the guide surface, and the yarn that comes into sliding contact with the guide member 3 is free from fuzz, filament breakage, etc. This has the effect of suppressing defects such as deterioration of yarn quality due to defects, and fluctuations in unwinding tension resulting in uneven stretching.

材3だけを交換することができる。 In addition, since the guide member 3 is formed by bending a metal wire, the overall weight can be reduced, and the guide member 3 has a spring effect, which reduces the impact when falling or colliding with other objects. It is possible to reduce deformation and damage to the guide member 3 by absorbing it, and temporarily,
Even if the guide member 3 is damaged or deformed, only the guide member 3 can be replaced.

In the case of a guide member formed by welding wire rods, it is possible to avoid problems such as deformation or deterioration of the guide member due to high heat during welding.

する。(Effect of the invention) In other words, in the present invention, the guide member assembled to the cap base for attachment to the bobbin has the inner parts of both open ends of the wire intersecting each other, and the inner part of the intersecting part. The endless side portion is curved into a circular shape to form a ring portion for circumscribing and sliding the yarn, and both open end portions outside the intersection portion are bent inward of the ring portion to form the cap base. By forming a pair of attachment portions for attachment to the guide member, damage and deformation of the guide member can be reduced, and the overall weight can be reduced.
