Abstract
본 고안은 권취용보빈구조{bobbin for winder structure}에 관한 것인데,일반적으로 권취용보빈은 판상의 스틸, 천, 고무,장판지 또는 실이나 와이어 등을 감는 원통재로서, 권취할 제품에 따라서 합성수지나 지대 또는 스틸강관을 사용하고 있는데, 판상의 제품을 권취한후 새보빈으로 교체하는 과정에서 보빈 길이방향의 중앙원통에 형성된 보빈축공에 보빈축을 신속히 끼워야 하는데, 종래 보빈의 보빈축공에 보빈축을 삽입하다 보면 센터가 정확히 맞추지 않으면 보빈축이 보빈축공으로 끼워지지 않거나 무리하게 끼워 맞추다 보면 보빈축이나 보빈캡부가 파손되는 경우가 많아, 작업이 중단되기 일수였고, 보빈축이나 보빈등의 교체수리비용이 부가되어 생산성이 저하되는 일이 허다 하였다.이에 본 고안은 보빈원통의 재질을 가볍고 내구성이 우수한 화이버소재를 채택한 권취형보빈을 제공하여 경량제로서 취급사용이 용이하게 하며, 보빈캡(3)의 보빈축공(6)부를 테이퍼형요입부(5)로 형성하여 보빈축(4)을 교체하는 작업시간을 단축되게 하여 작업성이 좋아지도록 하고 보빈캡부의 파손률을 줄여 유지비를 개선한 유용한 고안인 것이다.The present invention relates to a bobbin for winder structure, in general, a bobbin for winding is a cylindrical material for winding steel, cloth, rubber, sheet paper or thread or wire in the form of a plate, and according to the product to be wound, A zone or steel steel pipe is used.
