In addition, since the bags are manufactured individually and separated from each other, it is not possible to easily load a large number of bags into the loading section, which saves time and manpower. Some people complain that it takes a long time.

A continuous bag for packaging was proposed in which bag parts and cut parts were formed alternately in the length direction and continuously glued in a straight line in the width direction (Utility Model No. 57-55742).

This new continuous packaging bag has a large number of bag parts connected in a long line, and can be rolled up and loaded into the loading part, so unlike loading a finished bag, which tends to be bulky, it is possible to load a large amount of bags into the capacity. On which you can
Simply move the opening piece along the opening guide,
It has the great advantage of being able to quickly and accurately open the mouth without making any mistakes, but when opening the mouth by opening the opening pieces to the left and right, stress is concentrated at the end of the adhesive on one side of the opening. Therefore, this part tends to tear when the product (item to be packaged) is put in. To avoid this, if the width of the sheet in the longitudinal direction is increased, the width of each bag increases and the yield rate of the bag decreases. There is a problem.

In the present invention, two sheets, front and back, are integrally connected to each other at one side, form an open piece in a free state that is not glued to the other side, and are cut into a bag part in the length direction. In a continuous packaging bag in which parts are alternately formed and glued linearly in the width direction, on one side of the opening of the main adhesive part in the width direction, the width in the length direction of the sheet is smaller than the width of the main adhesive part. The enlarged slanted adhesive part is provided so as to extend from the cut part on the outside of the main adhesive part to the bag part inside the main adhesive part and slope downward toward the inside of the bag part.

Products such as onions are put into the bag from the hopper by separating the front and back sheets from each other, inflating the bag, and storing the product inside the bag. At this time, a force is applied to the inclined adhesive part to separate the front and back sheets from each other, but the inclined adhesive part is formed so that its width in the length direction of the sheets is larger than the width of the main adhesive part, so that the above force is absorbed. Receive the entire length. Therefore, the force that forces the sheets apart from each other is distributed over the entire length of the sloping bond, and the sheets do not tear at the bond.
In addition, since the inclined adhesive part is provided so as to be inclined downwardly inward from the cut part on the outside of the main adhesive part to the inner bag part of the main adhesive part, it is possible to store products such as onions. External force is less likely to be applied directly to the inner end (also the lower end) of the inclined adhesive part on the bag side, and the sheet is prevented from tearing.

いる。 Figures 1 to 5 show an embodiment of the present invention, and this continuous packaging bag consists of a long and wide flexible sheet S of synthetic resin such as polyethylene, which is folded in the center. Then, two sheets S 1 and S 1 are formed, and these sheets S 1 are formed with bag portions 1 and cut portions 2 alternately in the length direction, and side edge portions of the sheet S 1 are formed. The opening piece 3 in a free state is formed in the opening piece 3, and it is manufactured by bonding the opening piece 3 in a straight line in the width direction. Adhesion part (main adhesion part) of the above two sheets S 1 and S 1 (main adhesion part) 4
On the side of the opening piece 3, there is an inverted U-shaped inclined adhesive part 41 which slopes from the cut part 2 toward the inside of the bag part 1.
is provided so as to surround the end E 1 of the two adhesive parts 4, 4, and a main adhesive part 4a is formed at the end portion of the adhesive part 4 on the opening piece 3 side, and a main adhesive part 4a is formed in the cut part 2. , a perforation-like cut 5 is made.

At this time, a force to separate the sheets S 1 , S 1 from each other is applied to the inclined adhesive part 41 by the input product such as an onion, but the inclined adhesive part 41 is attached to the edge E 1 of the two adhesive parts 4 The width of the sheet S 1 in the longitudinal direction is made sufficiently larger than the width of the adhesive part 4 and receives the above force over its entire length, so the sheets S 1 , S 1
The force separating them from each other will be distributed over the entire length of the slanted bond 41, preventing the sheet S1 from tearing at the bond.

く、それだけシートS1が破れにくくなる。 In addition, if the inclined adhesive part 41 is a horizontal adhesive part and simply extends horizontally in the length direction of the sheet S1 without being inclined as shown in the figure, the opening force due to the input product such as onions will be the horizontal adhesive part as described above. Since it acts directly on the inner end of the adhesive part on the bag part 1 side, the sheet S1 tends to tear from that part, but in the present invention, the inclined adhesive part 4
1 surrounds the end E 1 of the adhesive part 4 and extends from the cut part 2 on the outside of the adhesive part 4 to the bag part 1 on the inside of the adhesive part 4 so as to be inclined downwardly toward the inside of the bag part 1. Therefore, the external force from the inserted product is applied to the inclined adhesive part 41.
The inner end (lower end) of the bag portion 1 side is less likely to be directly touched, and the sheet S 1 is less likely to tear.

る。 In the unlikely event that the inclined adhesive part 41 is torn for some reason, the tear progresses downward and reaches the non-adhesive part 4a, which frees the bag from swelling, albeit slightly. The tension is weakened, and as a result of the swell of the bag due to the product, the tear bends outward (toward the cut section 2), causing the bulge of the bag to appear at the end of the adhesive section 4 below the non-adhesive section 4a. Since most of the load was once applied to the tear, the external force now applied to the tear is now alleviated, so that the tearing of the sheet S 1 stops at that portion.

Also,
To separate the bag part 1, in reality, only the cut part 2 is cut off before the product is put in, and the opening piece 3 is removed after the product is put in.
Although it is normal to cut vertically or horizontally, the cutting section 2 may be cut after the product is loaded.

As explained above, in the continuous bag for packaging of the present invention, the two sheets, front and back, integrally connect one side to each other and form a free open piece that is not glued to the other side. At the same time, in a connecting bag for packaging in which bag parts and cut parts are formed alternately in the length direction and are glued linearly in the width direction, a length of the sheet is attached to one side of the opening of the main adhesive part in the width direction. An inclined adhesive part whose width in the direction is larger than the width of the main adhesive part slopes downward inward from the cut part on the outside of the main adhesive part to the bag part inside the main adhesive part. The inclined adhesive part, whose width in the longitudinal direction of the sheet is sufficiently larger than the width of the adhesive part, receives the external force from input products such as onions in a distributed manner over its entire length. Since the structure is such that the external force is not directly applied to the inner end (lower end) of the adhesive part, the sheet is difficult to tear, and products can always be packaged accurately. In addition, since there is no need to increase the width in the sheet length direction of the adhesive part where the sheets are glued in the width direction, the yield of the bag is good, the gluing device can be made smaller, and thinner sheets can be used. There are also economic benefits such as:
