Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a door rigging process to be in common applied to left and right doors by enabling the left and right doors separated from a car body and passed to a hanger to be returned to a transfer line through the corresponding hanger after their inside faces are directed outside by turning the hanger. CONSTITUTION:Engaging members 17A, 17B provided on a self-propelling body 5 support removably a pair of hanger supports 22(22A, 22B) supporting empty hangers 23(23A, 23B). When the self-propelling body 5 travels and stops to correspond to an unloading device 45 of a between-lines transfer device 40, a support bed 50 of said device 45 is fork moved to cause an engaging tool 51 to act on the hangers 23 and delivered onto conveyers 43 of left and right delivery lines 42 and then onto direction changing devices 44A, 44B. Here, the hangers 23 are turned to stand by for loading doors 38(38A, 38B) removed from a car body 37. The hanger 23 holding the door 38 is again turned and then loads the door on the hanger support 22 by a returning device 55 and transfers the door to the next process.

Conventional technology In a car production line, painting is performed with the door still attached to the car body, and after the door is separated, the car body and the door are transported on separate lines and mounted for 1 m, and then the door is attached to the car body. There is a process of installation. That is, conventionally, as seen in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 53-8884, for example, a body suspended and conveyed by an overhead conveyor via a body hanger is stopped at a first predetermined position, and then distributed to both sides. The door separated from the body was transferred to a door hanger on another power-and-free conveyor, and then the body and both doors were conveyed on their own lines (3 lines) before 1lWA was performed on the body and both doors. A method is provided in which both doors are later reassembled to the body in a second predetermined position.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention According to the above-mentioned conventional method, the door body transporting means constituted by a power and free conveyor must be installed on the left and right sides, and the same mounting process must be installed at separate locations on the left and right sides. However, it is easy to waste space and personnel. Furthermore, since the left and right doors are transported separately, when reassembling the door to the body at the second predetermined position, it is difficult to determine whether both doors belong to this body.

The self-propelled body 5 operates the traveling drive bag [13 to move the wheel body 9
By forcibly rotating it, it travels on the first conveyance line 18 in a state where it is supported by the rail 1 by the plurality of wheels 9 and is prevented from lateral vibration by the plurality of lateral vibration prevention rollers 10. At that time, power is supplied to the self-propelled body 5 by the current collector 14 slidingly contacting the signal/power supply device 4, and signals are exchanged between the ground control unit and the control panel 16.
Stopping, running control, speed control, and presence f1 recognition are performed. The self-propelled object 5 that has been traveling in this way is stopped at a predetermined location, but at that time, the self-propelled object 5 that has been traveling following the self-propelled object 5 that has stopped in advance approaches the self-propelled object 5 unnecessarily. At this time, the detector 19 detects the detected object 20, and the subsequent movement of the self-propelled object 5 is automatically stopped.

The self-propelled body 5 supporting 8A and 383 can be moved to the next step. At this time, the left and right pair of front doors 38A and the left and right pair of primary doors 38B are connected to a common second door 38B via the self-propelled body 5 or the like.
They are conveyed as a set on the 1st feed line 18, and furthermore, all the doors 38A and 38f3 are conveyed on the door 8g line with their inner surfaces facing outward.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention having the above configuration, the left and right doors separated from the vehicle body and passed to the hanger are turned with their inner surfaces facing outward by the rotation of the hanger, and then returned to the second conveyance line via the hanger. As a result, the left and right doors can be set on the common second conveyance line, and both doors can be conveyed with their inner surfaces facing outward. As a result, for example, the door II installation process (post-process) can be shared between the left and right doors, eliminating wasted space and personnel.
Moreover, work on the inner surface of the door can be performed easily, reliably, and quickly. Furthermore, by transporting the left and right doors as a set, there will be no mistakes when reassembling it to the vehicle body.
