本考案は、果樹園等の果樹間、あるいは作物間
を穴掘り、深耕する果樹園等の穴掘装置に関する
ものである。

された螺旋掘進刃を下降させる昇降機構を設けた
ことを特徴とするものである。

する。

この横フレーム1の外端にスライド杆2の上端が
固着されて垂下されている。スライド杆2に挿通
されたスライダ3には、水平方向に延びる支持板
4の一端が固着され、この支持板4の他端には、
上面に油圧モータ5が装着され、その出力軸は支
持板4を下面まで貫通していて、この出力軸に、
仮想円筒に沿つてほぼ所定のピツチで旋回形成さ
れた線状の螺旋掘進刃6が取付けられている。油
圧モータ5とスライダ3との間の支持板4には、
ブラケツト7を介して油圧シリンダ8のピストン
ロツド8aが枢着されている。油圧シリンダ8の
上端は、農用トラクタ側に支持されている。
そして、油圧モータ5により螺旋掘進刃6を正
転させながら油圧シリンダ8のピストンロツド8
aを伸長させることで、螺旋掘進刃6は土中深く
侵入し、また、螺旋掘進刃6を逆転させながら、
油圧シリンダ8を収縮させることで螺旋掘進刃6
を土中から抜取ることができるものである。ま
た、螺旋掘進刃6が第2図に示す所定深さまで土
中に侵入した状態で、螺旋掘進刃6を回転させる
ことなく油圧シリンダ8を収縮させると、第3図
に示すように螺旋掘進刃6により土塊Sが掘取ら
れ、穴Hを形成することができるものである。
このような構成の穴掘装置においては、果樹園
の果樹間、多年性作物の畦間、茶園、桑園等の畦
間に導入され、所望の場所を深耕、穴掘りする。
油圧モータ5により螺旋掘進刃6を回転させなが
ら油圧シリンダ8により支持板4を下降させる
と、第1図の状態から螺旋掘進刃6が土中に所定
深さまで侵入した第2図の状態になつたとき、油
圧モータ5の回転を停止させ、この状態で油圧シ
リンダ8を収縮させると、螺旋掘進刃6と共に土
塊Sが持ちあげられ、圃場に穴Hが形成される。
このとき、果樹や作物の根が穴Hおよび土塊S内
に張出していても、崎旋掘進刃6は細い線材で形
成されているので根を直接傷つけることがなく、
土塊Sが引上げられるときに根は抜取られて穴H
内に残り、切断されることがないので損傷は少な
い。また、第2図の状態から、油圧モータ5によ
り螺旋掘進刃6を逆転させつつ油圧シリンダ8を
収縮させると、土塊Sは持上げられることなく深
耕のみが行われる。
第3図のように螺旋掘進刃6により土塊Sを持
上げた穴Hの底部に、第4図に示すように堆肥C
を旋用してのち、油圧シリンダ8を伸長させて土
塊Sを穴H内に戻し、油圧シリンダ5により螺旋
掘進刃6を逆転しつつ油圧シリンダ8を収縮させ
ると、第6図に示すように、穴掘りと共に深層施
肥を行うことができる。
さらに、第3図に示すように螺旋掘進刃6によ
り土塊6を持上げて穴Hを形成した状態で穴掘り
装置を移動し、穴Hに果樹、桑、茶などの樹木を
移植し、土塊Sを埋戻すようにすれば、苗木ある
いは成木の移植、改植を行うことができる。
なお、上記穴掘り装置は、トラクタ装着型に限
らず、自走型、あるいは可搬型等、他の型式のも
のにも同様に実施できるものである。
