(B) Prior Art Conventionally, printed wiring boards have been devised to facilitate connection with other printed wiring boards by simply attaching lead pins to the printed wiring board and fitting connectors. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, a circuit pattern 3 is formed on a conductive plate 1 such as a steel plate through an insulating layer 2, and an insertion hole 4 passing through the conductive plate 1, the insulating layer 2, and the circuit pattern 3 is formed. , this insertion hole 4
A printed wiring board 7 is known in which a smaller diameter lead pin 5 is inserted into the insertion hole 4 so as not to come into contact with the conductive plate 1 and is soldered 6 to the circuit pattern 3.

However, in such a printed wiring board, when the insertion holes 4 are formed by punching or the like, burrs are generated at the ends of the circuit pattern 3 and come into contact with the conductive plate 1, resulting in the production of defective products.

For this reason, as a structure that does not cause burrs on the circuit pattern, a structure in which the circuit pattern is previously formed to have a large diameter, as shown in FIG. 2, has been proposed.

However, even in printed wiring boards as shown in Figure 2,
Since the lead pin 5 must be soldered to the circuit pattern 3 while being supported so as not to come into contact with the conductive plate 1, manufacturing is troublesome, and the distance between the lead pin 5 and the circuit pattern 3 becomes long, resulting in poor soldering. It has the disadvantage that it tends to occur.

Furthermore, conventionally known connectors may be attached to the conductive plate without having the structure shown in Figures 1 and 2, but screws, etc. for attachment are required, which increases the number of parts and increases costs. There is a drawback.

In FIG. 3, reference numeral 8 denotes a conductive plate, for example, an iron plate substrate as a ground, and an insulating layer 10 is provided on the upper surface 9 of the substrate 8.
A predetermined circuit pattern 11 is formed via photoetching or the like to form a printed wiring board 12. Reference numerals 13, 13 indicate clamping pieces provided on the printed wiring board 12, and the clamping pieces 13, 13 are slightly curved downward to provide good elasticity. An insertion hole 14 is formed between the tips of the clamping pieces 13, 13. Reference numeral 15 indicates a first lead pin 15 which is made of synthetic resin and has a T-shaped cross section and has an L-shaped lead pin 16 embedded therein.
It is a connector. The connector 15 has a locking portion 17,
17' and a support portion 18 that protrudes downward, and the lead pin 16 protrudes from the right side surface 19 of the locking portion 17 and the lower end surface 20 of the support portion 18. The connector 15 is installed with the support part 18 press-fitted into the insertion hole 14, the support part 18 being supported between the clamping pieces 13, 13, and the locking parts 17, 17' being locked on the top surface of the printed wiring board 12. The lead pin 16 protruding from the right side surface 19 of the locking portion 17 comes into contact with the circuit pattern 11 and is soldered 27 thereto.

To connect the printed wiring board 12 externally, the support part 1 of the first connector 15 attached to the printed wiring board 12 is
The lead pin 16 protruding from the lower end surface 20 of the connector 8 may be inserted into the second connector 21. At this time, the clamping pieces 13, 13 act on the support part 18 of the connector 15 against the upward force A generated on the first connector 15.
Since the left and right forces B applied to the connector 15 are regulated by the locking portions 17 and 17', the connector 15 is fixed without coming off from the printed wiring board 12.
