く、ただ不織布片を底に敷き毛細現象による吸引力及び
保水性を利用している。これは衛生的見地からでなく販
売促進のため、ただ美観を得るものであって肉汁がかえ
って均一に不織布−面に溜る。この結果肉汁の溜りに生
鮮物を浸すため水分を含み味も鮮度もおちる。又保水許
