However, most of these products are simply sprayed with perfume on the final product, and others are simply coated with fragrant substances on the surface, and the fragrance disappears as the perfume evaporates. It had poor washing resistance, and the fragrance completely disappeared after one wash.

Conventionally, this has been done either by spraying perfume at the time of finishing, or by enclosing aromatic paper in a packaging bag during packaging, or by using 8 papers as aromatic paper to release the scent! [It was like transferring it to things, clothes.

There was a problem in that the perfumes that could withstand melt spinning were limited because of the deterioration in quality.

体が欠陥品となってしまう場合があった。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, it goes without saying that the clothes obtained as described above have poor fragrance durability;
The fragrance completely disappeared after washing twice, and the product had extremely low commercial value. Furthermore, the fragrance quickly evaporates when it comes into contact with the outside air while being worn, and some products even maintain their fragrance for only a few hours after being worn. In addition, in cases where the scent of aromatic paper is transferred to clothing in a packaging bag, the strength of the fragrance varies depending on the time elapsed after the bag is sealed, and as a result, the scent is not pleasant and the product itself may be defective. There were cases where this happened.

生じた。However, the present invention provides that a fragrance can be maintained for a long time by attaching microcapsules containing a fragrance to woven or knitted fabrics or clothing, and that the microcapsules may be torn little by little due to friction during wear or may be intentionally rubbed. This method focuses on the fact that this produces a divergent effect. However, JP-A-49-19197 and JP-A-52-312
If microcapsules and a binder are simply attached to a woven or knitted fabric, as disclosed in No. 00, or by a transfer printing method, as disclosed in JP-A-53-106885, they are sufficiently durable. It is not possible to impart a distinctive fragrance. Furthermore, there was a problem in that the binder penetrated into the weaving and knitting yarns, resulting in an extremely hard texture.

A preferred method for processing knitted fabrics and clothing is to apply a treatment agent containing a mixture of fragranced microcapsules and a silicone resin binder to woven fabrics and clothing that have been previously subjected to water-repellent treatment by dipping, banding, coating, or printing. There is a way.

In terms of water treatment, a larger basis weight is more advantageous; on the other hand, extremely small items such as stockings have disadvantages such as a hard texture and loss of transparency. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of binder adhesion, fibers having irregularities such as cotton, porous fibers having macrovoids, or fibers having affinity with the binder are advantageous.

熱処理する方法などがある。Furthermore, the woven or knitted fabric used in the present invention is preferably subjected to a water-repellent treatment (preferably, in order to prevent the binder from penetrating into the woven or knitted yarns or into the grains of the fabric and hardening the texture, which will prevent the binder and the microcapsules from forming together). Known methods can be used to treat RN water, which mainly adheres to the surface of the fabric and does not impair the original texture of woven or knitted fabrics, but for applications that do not require water repellency, it is possible to simply impregnate a relatively small amount of treatment agent. All you need to do is post-drying 0 For example, impregnating and drying an emulsion made by adding an emulsifier and protective colloid to aluminum acetate and paraffin, or using an emulsion made by adding an emulsion of methylhydrodiene polysiloxane and metal soap after impregnation and drying. There are methods such as heat treatment.

It has a coating effect and plays a role as an adhesive between the microcapsules and the knitted fabric, and is mainly made of silicone-based aqueous emulsion type, such as organopolysiloxane, which has excellent dispersibility in water and can be easily diluted with water. Preferably, the component is emulsified with an emulsifier, which hardens upon removal of water to form a rubbery film that has the characteristics of silicone rubber and provides a durable adhesive effect.

It is applied 5 to 5 times, preferably 1 to 2 times (weight ratio), and exhibits a sufficient adhesive effect. If it is less than 0.5 times, the coating effect will be extremely poor, while if it is more than 5 times the amount, the adhesion rate of microcapsules will hardly change, and on the contrary, it will cause problems in the soft texture of woven and knitted fabrics and clothing. This is undesirable, and the amount of adhesion of both of these is
It usually accounts for 0.3 to 7.0%, preferably 0.5 to 3.0%, of the mw weight of the attached portion. That is, since the microcapsules are sufficiently attached to the woven or knitted fabric by being provided with the silicone resin binder in the above proportion,
If the adhesion amount of both of these is less than 0.3%, both the strength and durability of the fragrance are insufficient, while on the other hand, if it is more than 7.0%! 1! There is also a problem with the feel of the knitted fabric, and sometimes the scent it emits is too strong, both of which are unsuitable. In other words, the above-mentioned amount of adhesion satisfies all the requirements of having a desirable scent dispersion effect, a suitable texture and flexibility, and the fragrance having appropriate durability.
