ため網目も所定の形状の開口状を呈するが、沈降
材の沈降力は海面側に位置する側綱の浮揚力に対
し略垂直方向に働く傾向があり、該沈降材により
沈降力が附加される網地の網目部分は上下に伸長
化されて却つて網目を閉塞したり、不均一な網目
開口状態を随所に発生させ、これが吹かれ現象の
新たな原因となつており、而も該網地においては
連着された沈降材が揚網時に絡んだり、或いは揚
網機の揚網作業に支障となる等末だ多くの問題を
包含している。

有結節網地1は合成繊維を所望の太さに撚合して
なる網糸2を、所望の網目合に本目結節若しくは
蛙股結節に編網して作成されるものであつて、該
有結節網地1を構成する網糸2は、第2図に示す
如く合成繊維を撚合してなるストランド2Aを2
子若しくは3子に撚り合せてなり、該ストランド
2Aを構成する合成繊維2Bは強靱でなるべく比
重の大きなものが望まれることから、現状ではポ
リエステル系合成繊維若しくはポリ塩化ビニリデ
ン系合成繊維にポリオレフィン系合成繊維が40〜
60%混撚されてなるものが使用されるものである
ため、網糸2の状態における比重は1.1〜1.4の範
囲に実質上設定される。そして該有結節網地1の
任意同一横列、即ち第1図A−A線、A′−A′線
列に属するそれぞれの網目3A,3B,3C…或
いは3A′,3B′,3C′…の半目に相当する部分
が高比重網糸4,4′にて構成されている。この
高比重網糸4,4′は網糸2の比重に較べて50〜
100%高い比重を保持しており、該高比重網糸4,
4′は第3図に示す如く鉛線或いは鉛粉、鉄粉封
入線材等よりなる高比重物質5と合成繊維2Bと
適宜割合に混撚して形成されるものである。

重を有する高比重網糸で構成されてなるため、該
高比重網糸の沈降力が網目の網糸に沿つて網地全
体に拡散作用するため、網目が伸長されることな
く均等に開口保持され潮通しを良好に保持するば
かりか、脚綱の比重に対し該高比重網糸の比重が
50〜100%増の範囲内で構成されているため、該
高比重網糸の沈降力が網目を変形させる恐れがな
い。
