Abstract

PURPOSE:To inject a chemical liquid corresponding to the change of a flow rate in a constant pressure pump, by controlling a chemical liquid injection apparatus so as to reduce the injected amount of the chemical liquid in response to the return of a pressure switch from a closed state to an open state. CONSTITUTION:This sterilizing device is adapted to an electric pump having a pressure switch 1, which shows a closed state when the pressure in a pipe is lowered to start an electromotor and returns to an open state by the rising in the internal pressure of the pipe, and a flow rate detector 2 for stopping the aforementioned electromotor when the flow rate in the pipe becomes lower than a predetermined flow rate. 用可能な濃度とになるように薬液注入量を調節すると、

の反転信号と流量スイッチ2の出力信号とを受け、発振
器3に動作信号を送出するAND回路である。6は薬液
注入器4の動作を制御するためのトライアック、7は電
源、8はトライアック6を制御するゲート回路、9は圧
力スイッチlの出力信号と、発振器3の出力信号とを受
け、ゲート回路8へ動作信号を送出するOR回路である

すように構成した事により、圧力スイッチがOFF状態
となった後の流量が非常に低下している時は薬液の注入
量を少なくすることが出来、他に薬液注入のためだけの
流量センサーを設ける必要は無(、非常に簡単な構成で
流量に応じて薬液注入量を変化させることが出来るよう
になり、定圧タイプの電気ポンプに付加した場合でも薬
液の濃度を一定に保って常に適切な濃度の水を得ること
ができるようになる。
