Abstract
PURPOSE:To certainly disinfect a pipeline system by rapidly supplying an antiseptic solution, by injecting the antiseptic solution in the pipeline system through a connection pipeline and operating a pump to forcibly supply the antiseptic solution to disinfect the pipeline system. CONSTITUTION:When the pipeline system of an apparatus is disinfected by a chemical solution, an antiseptic solution tube 73 is connected to a nozzle 70 and an antiseptic solution tube 75 is connected to a nozzle 71 while the antiseptic solution tubes 77, 77 communicating with a tank 76 having an antiseptic solution received therein are respectively connected to a water supply port 62 and the mouth part of an overflow pipeline 64, and an antiseptic solution tube 79 is connected between a drain port 15 and an injection port 31. Then, the disinfecting operation in the pipeline system is started and it is monitored whether the antiseptic solution is certainly supplied, by flow sensors 60, 63. When a sufficient amount of the antiseptic solution is supplied to the pipeline of the apparatus, injection pumps P1, P2 are stopped and a water supply valve 62a is blocked. A control part judges whether there is a necessary liquid amount at a start time and does not stop the apparatus on the way when there is the necessary liquid amount to automatically and certainly disinfect the pipeline system.
