Figure 1 shows a disk rotating in the center. The center of this disk is the North Pole, and the Earth is viewed from directly above the North Pole, but cities located south of the equator are also marked according to their longitudes. It also clearly shows the international date line. Figure 2 shows the base on the outside of the centrally rotating disk. On this base, the time from 0:00 to 23:00 is fixed counterclockwise at intervals of 15 degrees at the central angle where it touches the disk.
Of the time displays on this board, from 6 o'clock to 1
The area from 8 o'clock to 8 o'clock is daytime, so the area around it is shown in light colors, and from 18 o'clock to 6 o'clock it is night, so it is shown in dark colors. FIG. 3 shows the effect when the disk shown in FIG. 1 and the base shown in FIG. 2 are actually used in combination. When the date line on the disc passes the 0 o'clock position on the base, the range surrounded by the line connecting the 0 o'clock position on the base and the center of the disc, and the date line, is the date of other parts. becomes the next day's date. The next day's range is represented using easy-to-understand methods such as patterns and colors to distinguish it from the previous day's range. A legend is provided to display the date at the bottom. Of course, the display of this legend will also be devised separately so that it changes as the Earth's disk rotates.

A clock that rotates eastward around the North Pole on a counterclockwise 24-hour clock that surrounds the Earth as a disk viewed from directly above the North Pole. When rotated, the time in each city can be read using the longitude lines on the Earth's disk. When the international date line passes the 0 o'clock position on the base, the area surrounded by the line connecting 0 o'clock and the North Pole and the international date line becomes the next day's date. This will be displayed on the Earth's disk in an appropriate manner, such as by using different patterns or colors, and the two different dates will be represented in easy-to-understand legends on the base, etc.
