Claims (6)
- 膜電極構造体と前記膜電極構造体の外周部に設けられた樹脂枠部とを有する樹脂枠付き膜電極構造体と、
前記樹脂枠付き膜電極構造体の一方の面に積層された第1セパレータと、
前記樹脂枠付き膜電極構造体の他方の面に積層された第2セパレータと、
を備え、
前記第1セパレータ及び前記第2セパレータのそれぞれには、
積層方向に貫通して第1の反応ガスが流通する第1の反応ガス供給連通孔および第1の反応ガス排出連通孔と、
積層方向に貫通して第2の反応ガスが流通する第2の反応ガス供給連通孔および第2の反応ガス排出連通孔と、
が形成された発電セルであって、
前記第1セパレータには、
前記膜電極構造体の一方の電極面に沿って前記第1の反応ガスを流通させる第1の反応ガス流路と、
前記第1の反応ガス供給連通孔と前記第1の反応ガス流路とを繋ぐ流路と、
前記第1の反応ガス排出連通孔と前記第1の反応ガス流路とを繋ぐ流路と、
が形成され、
前記第2セパレータには、前記膜電極構造体の他方の電極面に沿って前記第2の反応ガスを流通させる第2の反応ガス流路が形成され、
前記第1セパレータには、
前記第2の反応ガス供給連通孔に連通する第1接続流路と、
前記第2の反応ガス排出連通孔に連通する第2接続流路と、
が形成され、
前記樹脂枠部には、
前記第2の反応ガス流路と前記第1接続流路とを互いに連通させる第1貫通孔と、
前記第2の反応ガス流路と前記第2接続流路とを互いに連通させる第2貫通孔と、
が形成されている、発電セル。 - 請求項1記載の発電セルであって、
前記第2セパレータには、
前記第1貫通孔から導かれた前記第2の反応ガスを前記第2の反応ガス流路に導入する導入流路と、
前記第2の反応ガス流路を流通した前記第2の反応ガスを前記第2貫通孔に導出する導出流路と、
が形成されている、発電セル。 - 請求項1記載の発電セルであって、
前記第1セパレータと前記樹脂枠部とを互いに接着する接着剤層を備え、
前記接着剤層は、前記第1の反応ガス流路、前記第1の反応ガス供給連通孔および前記第1の反応ガス排出連通孔を囲むと共に、前記第2の反応ガス供給連通孔および前記第2の反応ガス排出連通孔を個別に囲み、前記第1の反応ガスおよび前記第2の反応ガスの流通を阻止する、発電セル。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の発電セルが複数積層された燃料電池スタック。
- 請求項4記載の燃料電池スタックであって、
互いに隣接する前記第1セパレータと前記第2セパレータとの間には、
冷却媒体が流通する冷却媒体流路と、
前記第1の反応ガス供給連通孔、前記第1の反応ガス排出連通孔、前記第2の反応ガス供給連通孔および前記第2の反応ガス排出連通孔を囲む連通孔シール部と、
前記冷却媒体流路を囲む流路シール部と、
が設けられ、
前記連通孔シール部と前記流路シール部とは、前記第1セパレータと前記第2セパレータとのうちの前記第1セパレータにのみ設けられている、燃料電池スタック。 - 請求項5記載の燃料電池スタックであって、
前記連通孔シール部及び前記流路シール部の各々は、ゴム材料によって構成されている、燃料電池スタック。
