Claims (5)
- 電解質膜の両側に電極が配設された電解質膜・電極構造体に積層される板状のセパレータ本体を備え、前記セパレータ本体のうち前記電極を向く面に、前記セパレータ本体の一端から他端に向かう第1方向に前記電極に沿って反応ガスを流す凹状の流路溝と凸状の流路突起とを前記第1方向と直交する第2方向に交互に配置した燃料電池用セパレータであって、
前記流路溝と前記流路突起とは、前記第1方向に沿って波状に延在し、
前記流路突起は、前記第2方向に突出した第1湾曲凸部と、前記第1湾曲凸部の第1突出方向とは反対方向の第2突出方向に突出した第2湾曲凸部とが、前記第1方向に交互に配置されて形成され、
前記第1湾曲凸部の前記第1突出方向の第1頂部には、互いに隣り合う前記流路溝に連通する第1連通溝が形成され、
前記第2湾曲凸部の前記第2突出方向の第2頂部には、互いに隣り合う前記流路溝に連通する第2連通溝が形成されており、
前記第1連通溝は、前記第1突出方向に向かって前記第1方向に傾斜し、
前記第2連通溝は、前記第2突出方向に向かって前記第1方向に傾斜し、
前記流路突起における前記第1頂部と前記第2頂部との間には、互いに隣り合う前記流路溝に連通する他の連通溝が形成されていない、燃料電池用セパレータ。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池用セパレータであって、
前記第1連通溝及び前記第2連通溝の各々の溝深さは、前記流路溝の溝深さよりも浅い、燃料電池用セパレータ。 - 電解質膜の両側に電極が配設された電解質膜・電極構造体に積層される板状のセパレータ本体を備え、前記セパレータ本体のうち前記電極を向く面に、前記セパレータ本体の一端から他端に向かう第1方向に前記電極に沿って反応ガスを流す凹状の流路溝と凸状の流路突起とを前記第1方向と直交する第2方向に交互に配置した燃料電池用セパレータであって、
前記流路溝と前記流路突起とは、前記第1方向に沿って波状に延在し、
前記流路突起は、前記第2方向に突出した第1湾曲凸部と、前記第1湾曲凸部の第1突出方向とは反対方向の第2突出方向に突出した第2湾曲凸部とが、前記第1方向に交互に配置されて形成され、
前記第1湾曲凸部には、互いに隣り合う前記流路溝に連通する第1連通溝が形成され、
前記第2湾曲凸部には、互いに隣り合う前記流路溝に連通する第2連通溝が形成され、
前記第1連通溝及び前記第2連通溝の各々の溝深さは、前記流路溝の溝深さよりも浅く、
前記流路突起は、
前記電極に向かって突出すると共に前記第2方向に互いに向かい合うように配置された第1側壁部及び第2側壁部と、
前記第1側壁部の突出端と前記第2側壁部の突出端とを互いに連結する連結壁部と、を有し、
前記第1連通溝及び前記第2連通溝の各々は、
前記第1側壁部の根元から前記第1側壁部の突出方向に延びた第1凹部と、
前記第2側壁部の根元から前記第2側壁部の突出方向に延びた第2凹部と、
前記連結壁部に設けられて前記第1凹部と前記第2凹部とを互いに繋ぐ第3凹部と、を含む、燃料電池用セパレータ。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池用セパレータであって、
前記流路溝、前記流路突起、前記第1連通溝及び前記第2連通溝は、前記セパレータ本体をプレス成形することにより当該セパレータ本体に一体に設けられている、燃料電池用セパレータ。 - 電解質膜と当該電解質膜の両側に配設された一対の電極とを有する電解質膜・電極構造体と、
前記電解質膜・電極構造体の両側に配設された一組のセパレータと、を備えた発電セルであって、
前記一組のセパレータの片方は、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池用セパレータである、発電セル。
