c)歯車ワークピースの歯の左歯面表面と右歯面表面との間の歯形対称線に垂直な軸、および
d)歯車ワークピースの歯の左歯面表面および右歯面表面のうちの少なくとも一方の歯形法線、のうちの少なくとも1つの周りに、切削工具の配置を行うことをさらに含み、
それにより、切削工具は、歯車ワークピースに対して再配置され、それにより、歯車ワークピースの歯の左歯面表面および右歯面表面のうちの少なくとも一方の圧力角の減少および/または増加を達成する。

Claims (7)
- パワースカイビングによって歯車ワークピースの歯を機械加工する方法であって、前記方法は、
複数の切削刃を有する切削工具を提供することと、
前記切削工具を回転させることと、
前記歯車ワークピースを回転させることと、
前記切削工具を前記歯車ワークピースに係合させて、前記歯車ワークピースの前記歯を機械加工することであって、前記歯は各々、左歯面表面および右歯面表面を有する、機械加工することと、
前記切削工具を前記歯車ワークピースに対して動かして、
b)前記歯車ワークピースの歯の前記左歯面表面および前記右歯面表面のうちの少なくとも一方の歯形接線、
c)前記歯車ワークピースの歯の前記左歯面表面と前記右歯面表面との間の歯形対称線に垂直する、前記左歯面表面と前記右歯面表面を最短で結ぶ方向の軸、
および
d)前記歯車ワークピースの歯の前記左歯面表面および前記右歯面表面のうちの少なくとも一方の歯形法線、のうちのいずれか1つの周りに、前記切削工具の配置を行うことと、を含み、
それにより、前記切削工具は、前記歯車ワークピースに対して再配置され、それにより、前記歯車ワークピースの歯の前記左歯面表面および前記右歯面表面のうちの少なくとも一方の圧力角の減少および/または増加を達成する、方法。 - 前記歯車ワークピースは、平歯車ワークピースまたははすば歯車ワークピースである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記歯車ワークピースは、歯車ブランクである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記歯車ワークピースは、歯を備える、事前に切削された歯車である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記左歯面表面の歯面は、ある歯車の歯に位置し、前記右歯面表面の歯面は、隣接する歯車の歯に位置し、歯スロットが、前記歯車の歯と前記隣接する歯車の歯との間に画定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記歯は、内側歯車の歯または外側歯車の歯である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力角の減少および/または増加の量は、前記左歯面の歯表面および前記右歯面の歯表面に対して同じであっても異なってもよい、請求項1に記載の方法。
