Claims (4)
- 光源と、
前記光源が設置面に宛がわれて、前記光源からの熱を放熱する放熱部材と、
前記放熱部材が取り付けられるソケットと、を備え、
前記放熱部材は、前記設置面とは反対側の放熱面から突出された放熱フィン部と、前記放熱面に設けられた放熱側位置決め部と、を有し、
前記ソケットは、前記放熱面に対向される取付面において、前記放熱フィン部が嵌め入れられるフィン溝部と、前記放熱側位置決め部と協働して前記放熱部材と前記ソケットとの位置関係を決めるソケット側位置決め部と、を有し、
前記放熱フィン部は、平板状とされるとともに、その平坦な外表面を対向させて並列された複数の並列フィンと、複数の前記並列フィンの並列方向に架け渡しつつ前記放熱面から突出する連結フィンと、を有し、
前記ソケットは、前記フィン溝部と前記ソケット側位置決め部とが設けられたソケット本体部と、前記放熱部材からの熱を外部へ逃がすソケット放熱部と、を有し、前記ソケット本体部の底壁により前記ソケット本体部と前記ソケット放熱部とが区画されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記放熱フィン部と前記フィン溝部との間には、熱伝導体が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記光源は、サブマウントタイプの発光素子であり、
前記設置面には、前記光源とは異なる位置で、前記光源に電気的に接続される基板が設けられ、
前記基板には、貫通するカシメ用穴が設けられ、
前記放熱部材には、前記設置面から突出し、前記カシメ用穴に通すことのできるカシメ用突起が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記カシメ用突起は、前記基板に直交する方向において、前記連結フィンと同一直線上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用灯具。
