Claims (4)
- 貫流方向に貫流可能である、ブレーキ液備蓄容器(10)とマスタブレーキシリンダ(22)との間に配置するための、液圧式の非人力・車両ブレーキ設備(1)のための逆止め弁において、前記逆止め弁(28)は、規定された背圧に達するまで前記貫流方向と反対向きの閉止方向に前記逆止め弁(28)を開いたままに保ち、かつ前記逆止め弁(28)の弁座よりも前記閉止方向側に配置されるバルブ開放ばね(29)を有し、それにより前記逆止め弁(28)は前記規定された背圧を超えてから初めて前記閉止方向に閉止をすることを特徴とする逆止め弁。
- 筋力操作可能なマスタブレーキシリンダ(22)と、非人力ブレーキ圧生成器(3)と、ブレーキ液備蓄容器(10)とを有する液圧式の非人力・車両ブレーキ設備において、前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(22)は逆止め弁(28)を通して前記ブレーキ液備蓄容器(10)に接続され、該逆止め弁は前記ブレーキ液備蓄容器(10)から前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(22)へ貫流方向に貫流可能であり、該逆止め弁は、規定された背圧に達するまで前記貫流方向と反対向きの閉止方向に前記逆止め弁(28)を開いたまま保ち、かつ前記逆止め弁(28)の弁座よりも前記閉止方向側に配置されるバルブ開放ばね(29)を有し、それにより前記逆止め弁(28)は前記規定された背圧を超えてから初めて前記閉止方向に閉止をすることを特徴とする、液圧式の非人力・車両ブレーキ設備。
- 前記逆止め弁(28)にフィルタ(32)が前置および/または後置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の液圧式の非人力・車両ブレーキ設備。
- 前記車両ブレーキ設備(1)は非人力によって駆動可能なハイドロポンプ(16)を有し、前記非人力ブレーキ圧生成器(3)の障害または故障が生じたときに該ハイドロポンプによって前記車両ブレーキ設備(1)を操作可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の液圧式の非人力・車両ブレーキ設備。
