Description
本発明の他の目的は、前記オレフィン系重合体の製造方法を提供することにある。
Xは、それぞれ独立して、ハロゲン、C1-20アルキル、C2-20アルケニル、C2-20アルキニル、C6-20アリール、C1-20アルキルC6-20アリール、C6-20アリールC1-20アルキル、またはC1-20アルキルアミドであり、
R1~R10は、それぞれ独立して、水素、置換もしくは非置換のC1-20アルキル、置換もしくは非置換のC2-20アルケニル、置換もしくは非置換のC6-20アリール、置換もしくは非置換のC1-20アルキルC6-20アリール、置換もしくは非置換のC6-20アリールC1-20アルキル、置換もしくは非置換のC1-20ヘテロアルキル、置換もしくは非置換のC3-20ヘテロアリール、置換もしくは非置換のC1-20アルキルアミド、置換もしくは非置換のC6-20アリールアミド、置換もしくは非置換のC1-20アルキリデン、または置換もしくは非置換のC1-20シリルであり、R1~R10は、それぞれ独立して、隣接する基が連結され、置換もしくは非置換の飽和もしくは不飽和のC4-20環を形成してもよい。
本発明の好ましい具体例において、M1がハフニウムであり、M2がジルコニウムであり、Xが塩素またはメチルであってもよい。
[L-H]+[Z(A)4]-または[L]+[Z(A)4]-
前記化学式5中、Dは、アルミニウム(Al)またはボロン(B)であり、Rb、Rc、およびRdは、それぞれ独立して、ハロゲン原子、C1-20炭化水素基、ハロゲンで置換されたC1-20炭化水素基、またはC1-20アルコキシ基であり、
前記化学式6中、Lは、中性またはカチオン性ルイス塩基であり、[L-H]+および[L]+は、ブレンステッド酸であり、Zは、13族元素であり、Aは、それぞれ独立して、置換もしくは非置換のC6-20アリール基であるか、または置換もしくは非置換のC1-20アルキル基である。
本発明の好ましい具体例において、前記担体は、シリカ、アルミナ、およびマグネシアからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含んでもよい。
オレフィン系重合体
本発明の一実施形態によると、(1)密度が0.9~0.95g/cm3であり、(2)190℃で2.16kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I2.16)が0.1~5.0g/10分であり、(3)190℃で、21.6kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I21.6)と、2.16kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I2.16)との比(melt flow ratio;MFR)が20以上であり、(4)350mm/sの加工速度での溶融張力が55mN以上であり、および(5)最大加工速度が550mm/s以上である、オレフィン系重合体が提供される。
本発明の好ましい具体例において、M1がハフニウムであり、M2がジルコニウムであり、Xが塩素またはメチルであってもよい。
[L-H]+[Z(A)4]-または[L]+[Z(A)4]-
本発明の一実施形態によると、下記化学式1で表される少なくとも1種の第1遷移金属化合物と、下記化学式2で表される化合物および下記化学式3で表される化合物の中から選択される少なくとも1種の第2遷移金属化合物とを含むハイブリッド触媒の存在下で、オレフィン系単量体を重合してオレフィン系重合体を得るステップを含む、オレフィン系重合体の製造方法が提供される。
以下、実施例により、本発明をより具体的に説明する。ただし、下記の実施例は、本発明を例示するためのものにすぎず、本発明の範囲がこれらのみに限定されるものではない。
化学式1-1の遷移金属化合物(bis(n-propylcyclopentadienyl)hafnium dichloride)、および化学式2-1の遷移金属化合物(bis(n-butylcyclopentadienyl)zirconium dichloride)をTCIから購入し、追加の精製過程を経ずに用いた。
気相流動層反応器を用いて、製造例1により得られた担持触媒の存在下で、エチレン/1-ヘキセン共重合体を製造した。反応器のエチレン分圧を約15kg/cm2に維持し、重合温度を70~90℃に維持した。
前記実施例の重合条件を下記表1に示した。
比較のために、ダウのDOWLEX 2045G(密度0.9200g/cm3、溶融指数1.0g/10分)を用いた。
前記実施例のオレフィン系重合体の物性を下記のような方法および基準に従って測定した。その結果を下記表2に示した。
ASTM D1505に準じて測定した。
ASTM D1238に準じて、190℃で、21.6kgの荷重と2.16kgの荷重でそれぞれ溶融指数を測定し、その比(MI21.6/MI2.16)を求めた
長さ30mm、直径2mm、剪断速度72/sのキャピラリー(capillary)、および/または初期速度18mm/s、加速度12mm/s2のホイール(wheel)を介して、溶融張力および最大加工速度を測定した。

- (1)密度が0.9~0.95g/cm3であり、(2)190℃で2.16kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I2.16)が0.1~5.0g/10分であり、(3)190℃で、21.6kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I21.6)と、2.16kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I2.16)との比(melt flow ratio;MFR)が20以上である、オレフィン系重合体であって、
前記オレフィン系重合体は、下記化学式1-1および1-2で表される遷移金属化合物のうち少なくとも1つの第1遷移金属化合物と、下記化学式2-1で表される遷移金属化合物のうち少なくとも1つの第2遷移金属化合物とを含むハイブリッド触媒の存在下で、オレフィン系単量体を重合することで製造され、
前記オレフィン系重合体は、エチレンおよび1-ヘキセンからなる共重合体である、オレフィン系重合体。
- (1)密度が0.915~0.945g/cm3であり、(2)190℃で2.16kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I2.16)が0.1~5.0g/10分であり、(3)190℃で、21.6kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I21.6)と、2.16kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I2.16)との比(melt flow ratio;MFR)が20以上であり、(4)350mm/sの加工速度での溶融張力が60mN以上であり、および(5)最大加工速度が570mm/s以上である、請求項1に記載のオレフィン系重合体。
- 第1遷移金属化合物に対する第2遷移金属化合物のモル比が100:1~1:100の範囲である、請求項1に記載のオレフィン系重合体。
- 前記触媒は、下記化学式4で表される化合物、化学式5で表される化合物、および化学式6で表される化合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の助触媒化合物を含む、請求項1に記載のオレフィン系重合体。

前記化学式4中、nは、2以上の整数であり、Raは、ハロゲン原子、C1-20炭化水素基、またはハロゲンで置換されたC1-20炭化水素基であり、
前記化学式5中、Dは、アルミニウム(Al)またはボロン(B)であり、Rb、Rc、およびRdは、それぞれ独立して、ハロゲン原子、C1-20炭化水素基、ハロゲンで置換されたC1-20炭化水素基、またはC1-20アルコキシ基であり、
前記化学式6中、Lは、中性またはカチオン性ルイス塩基であり、[L-H]+および[L]+は、ブレンステッド酸であり、Zは、13族元素であり、Aは、それぞれ独立して、置換もしくは非置換のC6-20アリール基であるか、または置換もしくは非置換のC1-20アルキル基である。 - 前記触媒は、遷移金属化合物、助触媒化合物、または両方を担持する担体をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のオレフィン系重合体。
- 前記担体は、シリカ、アルミナ、およびマグネシアからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5に記載のオレフィン系重合体。
- 前記担体に担持されるハイブリッド遷移金属化合物の総量が担体1gを基準として0.001~1mmoleであり、前記担体に担持される助触媒化合物の総量が担体1gを基準として2~15mmoleである、請求項5に記載のオレフィン系重合体。
- 下記化学式1-1および1-2で表される少なくとも1つの第1遷移金属化合物と、下記化学式2-1で表される第2遷移金属化合物とを含むハイブリッド触媒の存在下で、オレフィン系単量体を重合してオレフィン系重合体を得るステップを含み、オレフィン系重合体の(1)密度が0.9~0.95g/cm3であり、(2)190℃で2.16kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I2.16)が0.1~5.0g/10分であり、(3)190℃で、21.6kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I21.6)と、2.16kgの荷重で測定される溶融指数(I2.16)との比(melt flow ratio;MFR)が20以上であり、前記オレフィン系重合体は、エチレンおよび1-ヘキセンからなる共重合体である、オレフィン系重合体の製造方法。
- 前記オレフィン系単量体の重合は、気相重合により行われる、請求項8に記載のオレフィン系重合体の製造方法。
