Description
幾つかの国々における建築規則は、概して、3つよりも多くの階層から成る建造物は、コンクリートまたは組積造から成る、階層の荷重を支持する耐力壁を有していなければならないことを要求している。これらの規則は、耐火要求に基づくものである。構造的に堅固である鉄骨枠または木骨枠によって荷重が支えられる建造物を建設することが可能であるが、このような枠は、火によって著しく弱化させられてしまう。
建造物枠を形成する工程であって、該枠が、複数の垂直な通路を含み、少なくとも1つのより高い階層からの荷重を支持するために十分な強さを有し、少なくとも1つのより高い階層の荷重に対する荷重経路を規定する、建造物枠を形成する工程と、
少なくとも1つのより高い階層を少なくとも部分的に形成する工程と、
通路に硬化可能な物質を充填する工程と、
通路内の硬化可能な物質を硬化させ、建造物内に柱を形成する工程と、
枠の荷重経路における断絶部を創出し、これにより、少なくとも1つのより高い階層からの荷重を建造物枠から硬化させられた柱へと移動する工程と
を有している。
図面を参照すると、図1は、多層建造物の1つの階の概略図を示している。この階は、基礎スラブ10を含んでいる。基礎スラブ10上には、壁枠12が配置されている。この実施形態の壁枠12は、スラブ10上に内壁および外壁のレイアウトを形づくるために配置されている。
Claims (3)
- 垂直なスタッドと水平なレールとを含む壁枠構成要素であって、該壁枠構成要素が、相対的に上昇させられた位置と相対的に降下させられた位置との間で可動の最上部レールを有し、前記壁枠構成要素が、前記最上部レールをその上昇させられた位置において維持する取り外し可能な固定部材を含み、該固定部材の取り外しが、前記最上部レールをその降下させられた位置へ移動させる、壁枠構成要素。
- 前記最上部レールが相対的に上昇させられた位置にあるときに、前記壁枠構成要素が、前記最上部レールから少なくとも1つの取り外し可能な固定部材を介して前記垂直なスタッドへと荷重を移動させる荷重経路を含む、請求項1に記載の壁枠構成要素。
- 前記最上部レールが複数の開口を含み、該開口は、前記最上部レールが相対的に降下させられた位置にあるときに前記垂直なスタッドに設けられた対応する開口に整合するように配置されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の壁枠構成要素。
