Description
(a)少なくとも一種のエチレンポリマー、
(b)100重量部の成分(a)に対して2重量部以下の少なくとも一種のモノパーオキシカーボネート、
(c)100重量部の成分(b)に対して0.4~4重量部以下の少なくとも一種のt-アルキルヒドロパーオキシド。
あるいは、この比を約50:50にすることができる。

(1)フロントシート(例えば、ガラス板やPMMAシート)、
(2)本発明組成物を含むシート、
(3)少なくとも一つの太陽電池(好ましくは結晶シリコンまたは有機太陽電池から作られる)、
(4)本発明組成物を含む別のシート、
(5)バックシート(例えば多層PVDF/PETフィルムまたはガラス板またはPMMAシート)。
スコーチ防止効果
本発明の組成物は、エチレン/酢酸ビニル(EVA)共重合体(住友から供給されたCosmothene(登録商標)EVA KA-40、28%のVAを含む)を、OO-t-アミル-O-2-エチルヘキシルモノパーオキシカルボナート(Arkema社から市販のLuperox(登録商標)TAEC)およびt-アミルヒドロパーオキシド(Arkema社から市販のLuperox(登録商標)TAHP)と一緒に、Haake密閉式ミキサーで50回転/分の撹拌速度で35℃で12分間混合して調製した。次いで、ポリマー混合物を60℃に設定したオープンミルに通して厚さ約2mmのシートを製造した。
この実験は、TAEC単独の代わりに、20%のO,O-tert-ブチル-O-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシカーボネート(TBEC)と、80%のO,O-tert-アミル-O-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシカーボネート(TAEC)との混合物を用いた以下は実施例1と同じ条件で行った。結果を[表2]に示す。
この実験も実施例1と同じ条件で行ったが、TAEC単独の代わりに50%のO,O-tert-ブチルO-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシカーボネート(TBEC)と、50%のO,O-tert-アミル-O-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシカーボネート(TAEC)との混合物を用いた。結果は[表3]に示す。
この実験はTAHPの代わりにLUP(登録商標)TBHP(t-ブチルヒドロパーオキシド)を用いた以外は実施例1と同じ条件で行った。結果は[表4]に示す。
この実験は実施例4と同じ条件で行ったが、TAECだけではなく20%のO,O-tert-ブチルO-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシカーボネート(TBEC)と、80%のO,O-tert-アミル-O-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシカーボネート(TAEC)との混合物を使用した。結果は[表5]に示した。
この実験も実施例4と同じ条件で行ったが、TAECだけでなく、50%のO,O-tert-ブチル-O-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシカーボネート(TBEC)と、50%のおよびO,O-tert-アミル-O-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシカーボネート(TAEC)との混合物を独使用した。結果は[表6]に示す。
この実験は実施例1と同じ条件で行ったが、TAECの代わりに、OO-t-アミル-O-2-イソプロピルモノパーオキシカーボネート(TAIC)を使用した。結果を[表7]に示す。
この実験は実施例1と同じ条件で行ったが、TAEC単独の代わりに、60%のO,O-t-アミル-O-2-イソプロピルモノパーオキシカーボネート(TAIC)と、40%のおよびO,O-tert-アミル-O-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシカーボネート(TAEC)との混合物を使用した。結果は[表8]に示す。

この実験も実施例9と同じ条件で実施したが、Ο,Ο-tert-アミル-O-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシ(TAEC)の代わりにΟ,Ο-t-アミル-Ο-2-イソプロピルモノパーオキシカーボネート(TAIC)を使用した。結果は[表11]に示す。
この実験も実験例9と同じ条件で行ったが、O,O-tert-アミル-O-(2-エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシ(TAEC)の代わりにO,O-t-ブチル-O-2-イソプロピルモノパーオキシカーボネート(TBIC)を使用した。結果は[表12]に示す。
Claims (14)
- (a)少なくとも一種のエチレンポリマー、
(b)100重量部の成分(a)に対して2重量部未満の少なくとも一種のモノパーオキシカーボネート、
(c)100重量部の成分(b)に対して0.4重量部以上4重量部未満の少なくとも一種のt-アルキルヒドロパーオキシド
を含む硬化性組成物。 - エチレンポリマーがエチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- エチレンポリマーがポリオレフィンエラストマーである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- モノパーオキシカーボネートがOO-t-アルキル-O-アルキルモノパーオキシカーボネートである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- OO-t-アルキル-O-アルキルモノパーオキシカーボネートがOO-t-ブチルO-2-エチルヘキシルモノパーオキシカーボネート(TBEC)、OO-t-ブチルO-2-イソプロピルモノパーオキシカーボネート(TBIC)、OO-t-アミル-O-2-エチルヘキシルモノパーオキシカーボネート(TAEC)、OO-t-アミル-O-2-イソプロピルモノパーオキシカーボネート(TAIC)およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- モノパーオキシカーボネートが100重量部の成分(a)に対して0.1重量部以上2重量部未満である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- t-アルキルヒドロパーオキシドがt-ブチルヒドロパーオキシド(TBHP)、t-アミルヒドロパーオキシド(TAHP)、t-ヘキシルヒドロパーオキシド(THHP)、1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチルヒドロパーオキシド(TOHP)、パラメタンヒドロパーオキシド(PMHP)、2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ-ヒドロパーオキシド(2,5-2,5)およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 100重量部の(b)成分に対して0.5~3.5重量部の成分(c)を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- トリアリルシアヌレート、トリアリルイソシアヌレート、N、N’-m-フェニレンジマレイミド、トリアリルトリメリテート、トリメチロールプロパーントリアクリレートおよびトリメチロールプロパーントリメタアクリレートからなる群から選択される、一種の助剤を更に含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- (a)少なくとも一種のエチレンポリマーと(b)100重量部の成分(a)に対して2重量部未満の少なくとも一種のモノパーオキシカーボネートとを含む硬化性組成物のスコーチを防止するためのt-アルキルヒドロパーオキシドの使用であって、t-アルキルヒドロパーオキシドが100重量部の(b)に対して0.4重量部以上4重量部未満を表す、使用。
- (a)少なくとも一種のエチレンポリマーと(b)100重量部の成分(a)に対して2重量部未満の少なくとも一種のモノパーオキシカーボネートとを含む硬化性組成物のスコーチを防止する方法であって、上記組成物に100重量部の(b)に対して0.4重量部以上4重量部未満の少なくとも一種のt-アルキルヒドロパーオキシドを添加する工程を含む、方法。
- エチレンポリマーを含むスコーチから保護される材料の製造方法であって、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を硬化させる工程(a)を含む、方法。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の成形、押出、及び射出からなる群から選択される工程(a')を前工程および/または同時に有する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程(a')を80~150℃の温度で行う請求項13に記載の方法。
