Description
Claims (2)
- バルブケーシング内の弁座に向けて軸方向に接近、離間するニードル弁体と、電動モータと、電動モータの回転でニードル弁体を軸方向に移動させる運動変換機構とを備える電動式ガス流量調節弁であって、
運動変換機構は、ニードル弁体に固定のカムピンと、カムピンが摺動自在に係合する、軸方向にのびる長孔が形成されたガイド筒と、カムピンが長孔を通して係合する螺旋状のカム部を有する筒状のカム体とを備え、ガイド筒を電動モータの回転で回転させ、カム体をバルブケーシングに対し回り止めするようにし、軸方向のうちニードル弁体が弁座に接近する方向を往動方向、弁座から離隔する方向を復動方向、ニードル弁体を往動方向に移動させる電動モータの回転方向を正転方向、ニードル弁体を復動方向に移動させる電動モータの回転方向を逆転方向として、電動モータの正転方向と逆転方向の回転により、カム体に対するカムピンの相対回転でカム部とカムピンとを介してニードル弁体を往動方向と復動方向とに移動させるように構成されるものにおいて、
カム部は、カムピンが復動方向又は往動方向から当接可能な螺旋状傾斜辺で構成され、
ガイド筒に第1バネ受け部が設けられ、この第1バネ受け部とニードル弁体に設けられた第2バネ受け部との間に、カムピンを螺旋状傾斜辺に向けて往動方向又は復動方向に付勢するバネ部材が介設されることを特徴とする電動式ガス流量調節弁。 - 前記螺旋状傾斜辺に復動方向から前記カムピンが当接するようにし、前記ガイド筒の復動方向側の端部に前記第1バネ受け部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動式ガス流量調節弁。
