Claims (10)
- 調理中に食品を保持するように構成された調理容器に接触するように位置する最上部表面を有するベースを備えた調理デバイスであって、
前記ベースは、セラミック基板と、前記セラミック基板の外部表面上の電気抵抗性トレースとを有するヒータを含み、前記ヒータは、前記調理容器を加熱して前記調理容器内の食品を加熱するために、前記電気抵抗性トレースに電流を印加することによって発生される熱を前記ベースの最上部表面に供給するように位置し、前記電気抵抗性トレースは、前記ベースの最上部表面に向かって上方に面する前記セラミック基板の最上部表面に位置し、
前記ヒータは、サーミスタを含み、前記サーミスタは、前記セラミック基板上に位置し、前記ヒータの制御回路と電気通信し、前記ヒータの温度に関するフィードバックを前記ヒータの前記制御回路に提供し、
前記サーミスタは、前記ベースの最上部表面とは反対側の前記セラミック基板の底部表面に位置する、調理デバイス。 - 前記電気抵抗性トレースは、前記セラミック基板の前記外部表面に印刷された電気抵抗材料厚膜を含む、請求項1に記載の調理デバイス。
- 前記ベースは、前記ベースの最上部表面を形成する加熱板を含み、
前記加熱板は、前記ヒータと接触して、前記ヒータから前記ベースの最上部表面に熱を伝達し、前記調理容器を加熱して前記調理容器内の食品を加熱する、請求項1に記載の調理デバイス。 - 前記加熱板は、前記調理容器の凹状の底部表面に接触するドーム状の最上部表面を含む、請求項3に記載の調理デバイス。
- 前記セラミック基板は多角形状を有する、請求項1に記載の調理デバイス。
- 前記セラミック基板は八角形である、請求項5に記載の調理デバイス。
- 前記電気抵抗性トレースは、前記セラミック基板の前記外部表面を横切って蛇行パターンで延びる、請求項1に記載の調理デバイス。
- 前記電気抵抗性トレースの蛇行パターンは、ほぼ円形の外周を有する、請求項7に記載の調理デバイス。
- ハウジングと、調理容器とを備えた調理デバイスであって、
前記ハウジングは、レセプタクルと、レセプタクルの底部に沿って位置するベースとを有し、
前記調理容器は、調理されるべき食品を収容するために容器内部に取り外しできるように位置決め可能であり、前記調理容器が前記レセプタクル内部に位置したときに、前記調理容器が前記ベースに接触し、
前記ベースは、ヒータを含み、前記ヒータは、セラミック基板と、前記セラミック基板の表面に印刷された電気抵抗材料厚膜とを有し、前記ヒータは、前記調理容器が前記レセプタクル内部に位置したときに、前記電気抵抗材料に電流を印加することによって発生される熱を前記調理容器に供給するように位置し、
前記電気抵抗材料は、前記レセプタクルに向かって上方に面する前記セラミック基板の最上部表面に位置し、
前記ヒータは、サーミスタを含み、前記サーミスタは、前記セラミック基板上に位置し、前記ヒータの制御回路と電気通信し、前記ヒータの温度に関するフィードバックを前記ヒータの前記制御回路に提供し、
前記サーミスタは、前記レセプタクルとは反対側の前記セラミック基板の底部表面に位置する、調理デバイス。 - 調理デバイスと共に使用するヒータにおいて、
セラミック基板と、
前記セラミック基板の外面に印刷された電気抵抗性トレース厚膜であって、前記電気抵抗性トレースは、前記電気抵抗性トレースの第1端部から前記電気抵抗性トレースの第2端部まで、前記セラミック基板の外面を横切って蛇行パターンで延び、前記電気抵抗性トレースの前記蛇行パターンは、ほぼ円形の外周を有する、電気抵抗性トレース厚膜と、
前記電気抵抗性トレースの前記第1端部に電気的に接続された第1導電性トレースと、
前記電気抵抗性トレースの前記第2端部に電気的に接続された第2導電性トレースと、
を備え、
前記第1導電性トレース及び第2導電性トレースは、第1端子及び第2端子をそれぞれ形成し、前記第1端子及び第2端子は、前記第1導電性トレース及び第2導電性トレースと前記電気抵抗性トレースとによって形成される回路を完成するための第1電気接続及び第2電気接続を提供し、
前記電気抵抗性トレースが前記ヒータの温度に関するフィードバックを提供して前記ヒータの回路を制御するために位置する、前記セラミック基板の前記外面に対向する前記セラミック基板の第2外面に位置するサーミスタを更に備える、ヒータ。
