Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る電池ケース100の構成を示す縦断面図と横断面図である。横断面図は、縦断面図におけるA-A線での断面図であり、縦断面図は、横断面図におけるB-B線での断面図である。
図3は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る電池ケース100の構成を示す縦断面図と横断面図である。横断面図は、縦断面図におけるA-A線での断面図であり、縦断面図は、横断面図におけるB-B線での断面図である。
上述の実施形態では、1対の突き当て壁120の両方に補強部品130(或いは140)が設けられている。しかし、片方の突き当て壁120のみに補強部品130(或いは140)を設けてもよい。また、一方の突き当て壁120には補強部品130を設け、もう一方の突き当て壁120には補強部品140を設ける等、左右の突き当て壁120で補強部品の形状や材質を異ならせてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 積層方向に加圧された電池スタックを収納する電池ケースであって、
前記電池スタックを収納する筐体と、
前記筐体の内側に前記筐体と一体的に鋳造され、前記筐体に収納された前記電池スタックからの荷重を受ける突き当て壁と、
前記突き当て壁に鋳ぐるみされた前記突き当て壁よりも高剛性な材料でできた補強部品と、を備える
ことを特徴とする電池ケース。 - 請求項1に記載の電池ケースにおいて、
前記補強部品の側端は前記突き当て壁が接続されている前記筐体の側壁まで延びている
ことを特徴とする電池ケース。 - 請求項2に記載の電池ケースにおいて、
前記補強部品は前記側端にフランジを備え、前記フランジは前記側壁内に埋設されている
ことを特徴とする電池ケース。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電池ケースにおいて、
前記補強部品の下端は前記突き当て壁が接続されている前記筐体の底板まで延びている
ことを特徴とする電池ケース。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電池ケースにおいて、
前記補強部品は前記電池ケースに別部品を取り付けるためのネジ穴を備える
ことを特徴とする電池ケース。
