Claims (11)
- 薬物送達用注入デバイスであって、
薬物を保管するための容器であって、前記薬物を吐出するために前記容器の中に移動可能に配置されるストッパを備える、容器と、
前記ストッパに作用するためのプランジャと、前記プランジャに力を働かせて、前記プランジャを前記ストッパに作用させて、前記薬物を吐出させるエネルギー源とを備える注入駆動機構であって、前記ストッパに作用する前に、前記力が前記プランジャをある速度まで加速する、注入駆動機構と、
前記ストッパに作用する前に、前記プランジャの前記速度を低減させるための減衰機構であって、前記減衰機構が前記プランジャに固定して取り付けられたエネルギー吸収部材を備えることで、前記プランジャが前記ストッパに作用して前記薬物を吐出するときに、前記プランジャの遠位側の端面が、エネルギー吸収部材の近位側の端面に対して移動しない、減衰機構と、
を備え、
最初は、前記エネルギー吸収部材は、間隙によって前記ストッパから離間されており、その後、前記注入デバイスの動作中に、前記注入駆動機構が前記エネルギー吸収部材を前記間隙を横切って移動させて前記ストッパに衝突させる、薬物送達用注入デバイス。 - 前記エネルギー吸収部材が、減衰材料の層を備える、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。

- 前記薬物が、TNF阻害剤、カルシトニン遺伝子関連ペプチド受容体に対する抗体、コロニー刺激因子、赤血球生成促進剤、アペリン受容体アゴニスト、抗胸腺間質リンホポエチン抗体、抗胸腺間質リンホポエチン受容体抗体、ヒトProprotein Convertase Subtilisin/Kexin Type9を結合する抗体、及びメタロプロテイナーゼの組織阻害剤からなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記エネルギー吸収部材の少なくとも一部が、前記エネルギー吸収部材の近位側の端面と前記エネルギー吸収部材の遠位側の端面との間で中実であることで、前記エネルギー吸収部材の少なくとも一部が内部空洞を有さない、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記プランジャが前記ストッパに作用して前記薬物を吐出するときに、前記プランジャの遠位側の端面を含む前記プランジャの最も遠位側の部分が、前記エネルギー吸収部材の近位側の端面を含む前記エネルギー吸収部材の最も近位側の部分に対して移動しないように、前記エネルギー吸収部材は、前記プランジャに固定して取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
