Claims (10)
- トルク伝達装置(12)に液圧供給を行う液圧装置(10)であって、
前記トルク伝達装置(12)に第1の流体圧力(p1)及び第2の流体圧力(p2)を供給するための流体路(14)と、
第1のポンプ(P1)及び第2のポンプ(P2)を有する電動式ポンプ装置(P)であって、前記第1のポンプ(P1)は、前記流体路(14)に前記第1の流体圧力(p1)を供給するための一次ポンプ回転速度(n1)を有する第1の動作状態において有効であり、前記第2のポンプ(P2)は、前記流体路(14)に前記第2の流体圧力(p2)を供給するための二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)を有する第2の動作状態において有効である、電動式ポンプ装置(P)と、
前記第2の流体圧力(p2)と第2の流体圧力目標値(p2,min、p2,max)との間の比率に依存する様態で、必要に応じて、かつ反復的に、前記第2の動作状態をとる切替工程(Ua、Ub、Un)を開始する制御ユニット(S)と、を有する、液圧装置(10)を作動させる方法であって、
前記液圧装置(10)の動作中、次の切替工程(Un)における前記二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)を、少なくとも、先行する切替工程(Ua)における前記ポンプ装置(P)の電動ポンプ電力を含む第1の電力値(Pa)に依存する様態で、予め設定することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記次の切替工程(Un)における前記二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)を予め設定することは、前記先行する切替工程(Ua)における前記二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)と比較して減少又は増大させることによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記次の切替工程(Un)における前記二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)は、前記先行する切替工程(Ua)における前記二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)及び回転速度変更値(Δn)に依存する値に予め設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の電力値(Pa)は、基準期間における平均化された電動ポンプ電力として計算されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記基準期間は、前記先行する切替工程(Ua)の完了と、それに更に先行する切替工程(Ub)の完了との間の時間間隔であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記次の切替工程(Un)における前記二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)は、前記第1の電力値(Pa)と、前記先行する切替工程(Ua)に更に先行する前記切替工程(Ub)における前記ポンプ装置(10)の前記電動ポンプ電力を含む第2の電力値(Pb)とに依存する様態で予め設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記次の切替工程(Un)における前記二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)は、少なくとも、前記先行する切替工程(Ua)における二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)に依存する様態で予め設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記次の切替工程(Un)における前記二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)は、少なくとも、前記先行する切替工程(Ua)における前記二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)と、前記先行する切替工程(Ua)に更に先行する前記切替工程(Ub)における二次ポンプ回転速度(n2)とに依存する様態で、予め設定されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記先行する切替工程(Ua)は、前記次の切替工程(Un)のすぐ前であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記流体路(14)は、前記トルク伝達装置(12)に前記第1の流体圧力(p1)を供給するための第1の流体分岐路(16)と、前記第1の流体分岐路(16)から少なくとも部分的に分離されている、前記トルク伝達装置(12)に前記第2の流体圧力(p2)を供給するための第2の流体分岐路(18)と、を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
