Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る超音波診断装置1の構成例を示すブロック図である。図1に例示するように、第1の実施形態に係る超音波診断装置1は、装置本体100と、超音波プローブ101と、入力インターフェース102と、ディスプレイ103とを有する。
次に第2の実施形態に係る超音波診断装置1について説明する。第2の実施形態では、第1の実施形態に係る定電流回路21a,25aよりも低い定電流を流す定電流回路を用いることにより、第1の実施形態よりも送信回路のサイズ及びコストを抑制することができる。なお、第2の実施形態の説明では、主に、第1の実施形態と異なる点について説明し、第1の実施形態と同様の構成の説明については省略する場合がある。例えば、第2の実施形態の説明では、第1の実施形態と同様の構成については同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略する場合がある。
以下、各種の変形例について説明する。例えば、第1の実施形態では、n個の定電流回路21aは、同一の定電流回路であり、n個の定電流回路25aは、同一の定電流回路である。同様に、第2の実施形態では、n個の定電流回路37aは、同一の定電流回路であり、n個の定電流回路40aは、同一の定電流回路である。しかしながら、n個の定電流回路21aの中に、他の定電流回路と異なる定電流回路が少なくとも1つ含まれていても良い。すなわち、複数の定電流回路21aから出力される複数の定電流の値のうち、少なくとも1つの値が他の値と異なってもよい。n個の定電流回路25a、n個の定電流回路37a、及び、n個の定電流回路40aについても同様である。

Claims (7)
- 単一の電源に接続された電源ライン及び特定の電位を有する電位点に対して並列に接続された複数の定電流回路と、
前記電源ライン及び前記複数の定電流回路に接続された第1のトランジスタであって、制御端子と流出端子とが接続された第1のトランジスタ、及び、前記電源ライン及び振動子に接続された第2のトランジスタであって、前記第1のトランジスタとは異なる第2のトランジスタを含むカレントミラー回路と、
それぞれ、前記複数の定電流回路のそれぞれ及び前記第1のトランジスタに接続される複数の第1のスイッチング素子と、
前記振動子と前記第2のトランジスタとの間に設けられる第2のスイッチング素子と、
前記振動子から出力される超音波の波形を示す波形信号に基づいて、前記複数の第1のスイッチング素子及び前記第2のスイッチング素子を制御する制御回路と、
を備える、送信回路。 - 前記複数の第1のスイッチング素子のそれぞれは、前記複数の定電流回路のそれぞれと前記第1のトランジスタとの電気的な接続の状態を、前記複数の定電流回路のそれぞれと前記第1のトランジスタとを電気的に接続させる第1の状態、及び、前記複数の定電流回路のそれぞれと前記第1のトランジスタとの接続を電気的に遮断させる第2の状態のいずれかに設定し、
前記制御回路は、前記波形信号に基づいて、前記複数の第1のスイッチング素子のそれぞれ毎に、前記接続の状態を前記第1の状態又は前記第2の状態のいずれかの状態に設定させる、請求項1に記載の送信回路。 - 前記制御回路は、前記波形信号が示す波形の周期内で、前記波形信号が示す波形を有する超音波が前記振動子から送信されるように、前記接続の状態を前記第1の状態又は前記第2の状態のいずれかの状態に設定させる、請求項2に記載の送信回路。
- 前記複数の定電流回路から出力される複数の定電流の値のうち、少なくとも1つの値が他の値と異なる、請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の送信回路。
- 前記複数の定電流回路の数は、前記振動子から前記波形信号が示す波形が出力されることが可能な前記複数の定電流回路の数のうち、最小の数である、請求項4に記載の送信回路。
- 前記複数の定電流回路のうち、一部の定電流回路は、正極の電源に接続された電源ラインに対して並列に接続されるとともに、他の定電流回路は、負極の電源に接続された電源ラインに対して並列に接続される、請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の送信回路。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1つに記載の送信回路を備える、超音波診断装置。
