Description
その都度チェーンリンクの手段によって、相互接続されたチェーン部材を有する関節式リンクチェーンは、多くの形態で使用されている。ドライブチェーンまたはコンベヤチェーンとして使用する場合、具体的にはチェーンリンクの領域には大きく負荷がかかるので、耐摩耗性のあるベアリング表面を必要とする。また、特に多数の部品に関して、費用のかかる解決策を経済的なコーティング方法およびプロセスに置き換えることも有用である。

Claims (5)
- 硬質材料コーティング(6)によってコーティングされた内プレート(13)および/もしくは外プレート(14)、スリーブ(12)、スタッド(11)などのチェーン部品(11、12、13、14)を製造する方法であって、次の
・固結防止剤(1)を調製する方法ステップと、
・前記調製された固結防止剤(1)を粉末混合物に添加する方法ステップと、
・前記粉末混合物を提供する方法ステップと、
・金属製の基材(5)を提供する方法ステップと、
・前記粉末混合物および前記基材(5)を混合しながら加熱装置で加熱することにより、前記基材(5)上にコーティングを堆積させる方法ステップであって、
前記コーティング(6)が前記基材(5)よりも高い硬度を有する方法ステップと、
・前記基材(5)を冷却する方法ステップと、を有し、
前記粉末混合物中の前記固結防止剤(1)の含有量が25重量%以下であり、
固結防止剤(1)を調製する前記方法ステップが前記固結防止剤(1)の平均粒径の増加を生じ、
前記固結防止剤(1)の粒径分布の変化が、洗浄、ふるい分け、沈降、濾過、空気分級、空気圧分級、および/または遠心分離によって行われ、
前記固結防止剤(1)が25%未満の40μmよりも小さい粒子の含有量を有し、
前記固結防止剤の粒径分布は、ふるい分析により求められ、かつ
処理温度が断続的に450℃よりも高く、
前記基材(5)が鋼鉄製であり、前記粉末混合物が金属を含有し、前記コーティング(6)が前記金属の炭化物または窒化物である、方法。 - 前記硬質材料コーティング(6)が、CrN、FeN、および/もしくはVNコーティングを有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の硬質材料コーティング(6)によってコーティングされたチェーン部品(11、12、13、14)を製造する方法。
- 前記固結防止剤(1)が20%未満の10μmよりも小さい粒子の含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の硬質材料コーティング(6)によってコーティングされたチェーン部品(11、12、13、14)を製造する方法。
- 前記固結防止剤が、カオリン(ケイ酸アルミニウム)、ムライト(酸化アルミニウムおよび酸化ケイ素)、酸化ジルコニウム、窒化もしくはケイ化物セラミックス、および/または任意の他のセラミック不活性物質を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のうち一項以上に記載の硬質材料コーティング(6)によってコーティングされたチェーン部品(11、12、13、14)を製造する方法。
- ・鋼鉄製基材(5)と、
・炭化金属および/もしくは窒化金属、またはこれらの混合物で作製された硬質材料コーティング(6)であって、
固結防止剤(1)の粒子を有する前記硬質材料コーティング(6)と、から成り、
前記硬質材料コーティング(6)の顕微鏡写真において、前記硬質材料コーティング(6)内の前記固結防止剤(1)の前記粒子の表面含有量が15%未満であり、金属部品が、内プレート(13)および/もしくは外プレート(14)、スリーブ(12)、スタッド(11)などのチェーン部品(11、12、13、14)であることを特徴とする、硬質材料コーティング(6)によってコーティングされた金属部品。
