Claims (13)
- 排出ガスを後処理するための方法であって、
a)窒素酸化物を含有する生排出ガスを準備するステップと、
b)前記窒素酸化物を含有する生排出ガスを触媒蒸発器に導入するステップと、
c)変換された燃料を得るために、前記触媒蒸発器に燃料を導入するステップと、
d)尿素を変換された燃料と混合するステップであって、前記変換された燃料が、H2、CO、及び1~10個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素を有し、前記変換された燃料の前記炭化水素の大部分が、1~5個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素である、前記ステップと、
e)ステップd)によって得られた混合体を排出ガス後処理システムに供給するステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - ステップc)において、酸化剤が、前記触媒蒸発器にさらに導入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記排出ガス後処理システムが、加水分解装置と選択的触媒還元装置とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記尿素が、尿素溶液の形態で利用されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記尿素と変換された燃料との混合が、排出ガスシステムの上流で又は前記排出ガスシステムの一部分の内部で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップd)において得られた混合体が、加水分解装置に供給された後に、得られた生成物が、選択的触媒還元装置に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 排出ガス後処理が、約170℃以上の温度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 排出ガス後処理装置において、
触媒蒸発器と、
前記触媒蒸発器に至る生排出ガス供給配管であって、窒素酸化物を含有する生排出ガスを前記触媒蒸発器に導入するように構成されている前記生排出ガス供給配管と、
前記触媒蒸発器に至る燃料供給配管であって、燃料を前記触媒蒸発器に導入するように構成されている前記燃料供給配管と、
前記触媒蒸発器からの排出配管であって、蒸発された燃料を前記触媒蒸発器から排出するように構成されている前記排出配管と、
排出ガス後処理システムと、
を含んでおり、
前記触媒蒸発器が、変換された燃料を前記排出ガス後処理装置に供給するように構成されており、前記変換された燃料が、H2、CO、及び1~10個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素を有し、前記変換された燃料の前記炭化水素の大部分が、1~5個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素であることを特徴とする排出ガス後処理装置。 - 前記排出ガス後処理装置が、尿素リザーバと、前記触媒蒸発器で得られた変換された燃料と尿素とを混合するための混合空間に接続されている尿素供給配管とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の排出ガス後処理装置。
- 前記排出ガス後処理システムが、加水分解装置と選択的触媒還元装置とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の排出ガス後処理装置。
- 前記加水分解装置と前記選択的触媒還元装置とが、互いから分離されたハウジングの内部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項10による排出ガス後処理装置。
- 混合空間が、排出配管及び排出ガスシステムのうちいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項8~11のいずれか一項に記載の排出ガス後処理装置。
- 前記排出ガス後処理装置が、前記触媒蒸発器に至る酸化剤供給配管であって、酸化剤を前記触媒蒸発器に導入するように構成されている前記酸化剤供給配管を有していることを特徴とする請求項8~12のいずれか一項に記載の排出ガス後処理装置。
