Description
図1乃至図4に示すように、薬液滴下装置1は、基台3と、装着モジュール5と、移動装置6と、QCM(Quartz Crystal Microbalance)装置7と、駆動回路8と、メモリ9と、インターフェース10と、プロセッサ11と、を有する。ここでは、基台3の前後方向をX方向(第1の方向)、基台3の左右方向をY方向(第2の方向)と称する。X方向とY方向とは直交する。
即ち、第1の圧力室2101と第2の圧力室2102とは、X軸方向及びY軸方向において交互に形成される。
液滴分注装置500の薬液吐出装置2は、薬液滴下装置1の装着モジュール5に固定して使用される。たとえば、オペレータは、薬液吐出装置2を装着モジュール5に取り付けるため、装着モジュール5のスリット51の前面開口部側から薬液吐出装置2を挿入する。
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明と同等の記載を付記する。
[1] 水晶センサと、
前記水晶センサに振動電圧を印加して振動させる振動電圧発生部と、
前記水晶センサの共振周波数を検出する共振周波数測定部と、
薬液を液滴として吐出する薬液吐出装置から吐出された前記液滴が前記水晶センサに付着する前後での前記水晶センサの共振周波数の変化量を求め、前記液滴が前記水晶センサに付着した後の前記水晶センサの共振周波数の経時変化傾向に基づいて、前記水晶センサに付着した前記液滴の揮発量を推定し、前記変化量及び前記揮発量に基づいて、前記水晶センサに付着した前記液滴の重量を算出する制御部と、
を具備する液滴分注装置。
[2] 前記薬液吐出装置が装着される装着部を具備することを特徴とする[1]に記載の液滴分注装置。
[3] 前記薬液吐出装置から吐出される前記薬液を受ける受部が固定される基台と、
前記基台に設けられ、前記水晶センサを保持する保持部と、を備え、
前記受部及び前記保持部は、異なる位置に配置される、[1]又は[2]に記載の液滴分注装置。
[4] 前記制御部は、前記水晶センサの共振周波数を、前記液滴が前記水晶センサに付着する前から、付着した後所定時間以上経過するまでの前記共振周波数の経時変化及び時間を測定し、記憶部に記録する[1]乃至[3]のいずれか一項に記載の液滴分注装置。
[5] 少なくとも前記水晶センサ周囲の湿度を一定に制御するための湿度制御装置を備える、[1]乃至[4]のいずれか一項に記載の液滴分注装置。
Claims (5)
- 水晶センサと、
前記水晶センサに振動電圧を印加して振動させる振動電圧発生部と、
前記水晶センサの共振周波数を検出する共振周波数測定部と、
前記振動電圧発生部を制御し、薬液を液滴として吐出する薬液吐出装置から前記薬液を吐出する前に、前記共振周波数測定部により検出した前記水晶センサの前記共振周波数を基準となる周波数とし、前記薬液吐出装置から前記液滴を前記水晶センサに滴下したときから測定値が不安定となる期間経過後に前記共振周波数測定部で測定した前記共振周波数の経時変化量を算出し、前記経時変化量から、前記薬液吐出装置から前記薬液を吐出した直後の前記共振周波数を推定し、推定した前記薬液を吐出した直後の前記共振周波数及び前記基準となる周波数から、前記水晶センサに付着した前記液滴の重量を算出する制御部と、
を具備する液滴分注装置。 - 前記薬液吐出装置が装着される装着部を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液滴分注装置。
- 前記薬液吐出装置から吐出される前記薬液を受ける受部が固定される基台と、
前記基台に設けられ、前記水晶センサを保持する保持部と、を備え、
前記受部及び前記保持部は、異なる位置に配置される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の液滴分注装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記水晶センサの前記共振周波数を、前記液滴が前記水晶センサに付着する前から、付着した後所定時間以上経過するまでの前記共振周波数の経時変化及び時間を測定し、記憶部に記録する請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の液滴分注装置。
- 少なくとも前記水晶センサ周囲の湿度を一定に制御するための湿度制御装置を備える、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の液滴分注装置。
