Description
線屑を含む部品屑として、表1に示す試験材料を用意した。
振動篩機内に配置するフィルターとして、ロッド直径8mm、ロッド間隔1.5mmのフィルターを配置して、部品毎に篩別した場合の各分配率を図7に示す。分配率は、一度篩別した篩上物を再度篩別し、合計3回篩別して、篩下物がほとんど無くなったところで評価した。
振動篩機内に配置するフィルターとして、ロッド直径5mm、ロッド間隔4.0mmのフィルターを配置して、部品毎に篩別した場合の篩下への分配率を図8に示す。図8に示すように、被覆線の9割以上を篩下へ移行させることができたが、基板も約6割が篩下へ移行した。
(対策2)押さえ部材として弾性部材(ゴム板)を積層して荷重をかける。
(対策3)二段階で篩別する(一段目:部品付き基板と部品無し基板の分離、二段目:部品無し基板と線屑との分離)。
(対策4)二段階で篩別する+押さえ部材を配置してフィルターへかける荷重を調整する。
Claims (3)
- 線状物と板状物とを含む原料を振動篩機内のフィルター上へ供給する供給工程と、
前記原料の供給方向に互いに間隔を空けて延在する複数のロッドを備えた前記フィルターに振動を与えることにより、前記供給工程で前記フィルター上に供給された前記原料から前記線状物を分離する篩別工程と、
前記供給工程の前に、風力選別によって前記原料からプラスチックを分離する風力選別工程と
を含み、
前記篩別工程が、前記フィルター上に供給された前記原料を覆うように配置された厚さ2mm超20mm以下のシート状の押さえ部材であって、前記振動篩機内の供給側に固定された固定端を有し、前記原料の排出側に自由端を有し、前記固定端を起点として前記原料の供給側から前記排出側へむけてぶら下げられており、これにより前記自由端が前記原料の排出側において前記フィルター上に前記原料を押さえた状態で上下方向に移動可能な前記押さえ部材を用いて、前記原料を上部から直接押さえることによって前記線状物を篩下側へ篩い分けすることを含む線状物の除去方法。 - 前記風力選別工程は、風速を5~8m/sとする請求項1に記載の線状物の除去方法。
- 前記原料が前記板状物として基板を含み、前記フィルター上に供給される前記原料中に含まれる前記基板の最小短径の平均サイズをxmmとし、ロッド間距離をy、ロッド半径をrとした場合に、r2+(y+2r)2=(x+r)2の関係を有するように、且つロッド間の間隔yが前記線状物の代表径の1.2~6倍であって前記基板の前記最小短径より狭くなるように、ロッド間の間隔y及び半径rを調整することを含む請求項1又は2に記載の線状物の除去方法。
