Claims (8)
- ジオテキスタイルの材料の少なくとも第1のウェブ(12)と、ジオテキスタイルの材料の少なくとも第2のウェブ(14)とを備えている複数の層から構成される、地盤の圧密および/または排水に適したジオコンポジットであって、
基本的なジオコンポジット(10)を形成するために、前記第1のウェブ(12)および前記第2のウェブ(14)が中間分離層(16)の両側面のそれぞれに熱固定され、前記中間分離層(16)が、プラスチックのスレッドが絡み合った少なくとも1つのジオマットで作成され、前記ジオマットが、略4mm以上の厚さを有し、
前記第1のウェブ(12)および前記第2のウェブ(14)の少なくとも1つが、撥水性のある不織布であることを特徴とするジオコンポジット。 - 前記基本的なジオコンポジット(10)の前記第1のウェブ(12)および前記第2のウェブ(14)の少なくとも1つに、ジオシンセティックスの少なくとも1つの追加の層(19、42、44)が熱固定され、前記少なくとも1つの追加の層(19、42、44)が、ジオグリッド、ジオネット、ジオマット、ジオテキスタイル、ジオメンブレン、これらの組み合わせ、またはこれらの成層、を備えているグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジオコンポジット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの追加の層(19、42、44)が、ジオグリッド(44)により生成された少なくとも1つの層、および/または前記基本的なジオコンポジット(10)の2つの前記ジオテキスタイルのウェブ(12,14)の1つに熱固定されたジオマット(42)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のジオコンポジット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの追加の層(19、42、44)が、ジオグリッド(44)により補強された少なくとも1つのジオマット(42)を備え、
前記ジオマット(42)のプラスチックフィラメントが前記ジオグリッド(44)と絡み合い、
前記ジオグリッド(44)により補強された前記ジオマット(42)が、前記基本的なジオコンポジット(10)の2つの前記ジオテキスタイルのウェブ(12,14)の1つに熱固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のジオコンポジット。 - 前記少なくとも1つの追加の層(19、42、44)が、2つの前記ジオテキスタイルのウェブ(12,14)の内の1つのウェブ(12)に熱固定された少なくとも1つのジオマット(19)を備え、
2つの前記ジオテキスタイルのウェブ(12,14)の前記1つのウェブ(12)の反対側で、外側ウェブ(25)が前記ジオマット(19)に熱固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のジオコンポジット。 - 前記外側ウェブ(25)がジオメンブレンである請求項5に記載のジオコンポジット。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のジオコンポジットの作成方法であって、
熱間押出機(21)を用いて取得されるプラスチックのスレッドが絡み合ったジオマット(16)に基づいて基本的なジオコンポジット(10)を製造するステップであって、前記ジオマット(16)が略4mm以上の厚さを有するステップと、
その後、局所的な加熱を用いて、前記ジオマット(16)の両側面で2つのジオテキスタイルのウェブ(12,14)に熱溶接されるステップと、を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記基本的なジオコンポジット(10)を熱溶接工程に供給して、前記基本的なジオコンポジット(10)のウェブ(12,14)の少なくとも1つにジオシンセティックスの1つまたは複数の層(19,42,44)を固定するステップであって、
前記ジオシンセティックスの1つまたは複数の層(19,42,44)が、ジオグリッド、ジオネット、ジオマット、ジオテキスタイル、ジオメンブレン、これらの組み合わせ、またはこれらの成層、を備えているグループから選択されるステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のジオコンポジットの作成方法。
