Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態を示す空気入りタイヤ(以下、単に「タイヤ」ということがある)1の正規状態のタイヤ回転軸(図示省略)を含むタイヤ子午線断面図である。図1には、好ましい態様として、小型トラック用のタイヤ1が示される。但し、本発明は、例えば、乗用車用や重荷重用等のタイヤ1にも採用され得る。

動歪の振幅:±0.5%、
周波数:10Hz
変形モード:引張
測定温度:70℃
タイヤサイズ:205/70R15
リム:15×6.0J
内圧:250kPa
補強ゴムの複素弾性率E*1:1.4MPa
第1エーペックスゴムの複素弾性率E*2:70MPa
第2エーペックスゴムの複素弾性率E*3:30MPa
試供タイヤが下記車両の全輪に装着された。そして、テストドライバーが前記車両を乾燥アスファルトのテストコース及び砂利路を含むダート路面のテストコースを走行させた。耐久性能は、テストドライバーの官能により、走行終了時まで安定して走行できたか否かで評価された。耐カット性能は、テストドライバーの目視により、走行終了時のサイドウォール部のカット傷の発生状況で評価された。結果は、ともに比較例1を100とする評点で示され、数値の大きい方が良好である。

Claims (6)
- 空気入りタイヤであって、
トロイド状のカーカスを有し、
前記カーカスは、トレッド部からサイドウォール部を経てビード部に至る本体部と、前記本体部に連なってビードコアで折り返される折返し部とを含むカーカスプライを含み、
前記ビード部には、前記本体部と前記折返し部との間に配された第1エーペックスゴムと、前記折返し部のタイヤ軸方向の外側でタイヤ半径方向に延びる第2エーペックスゴムとが設けられ、
前記サイドウォール部には、前記カーカスのタイヤ軸方向の外側でタイヤ半径方向に延びるコード補強層が設けられ、
前記コード補強層の内端は、前記第2エーペックスゴムのタイヤ半径方向の外端からタイヤ半径方向の外側へタイヤ断面高さの5%以上離れて位置し、
前記コード補強層の内端は、前記折返し部の外端よりもタイヤ半径方向の内側に位置する、
空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記カーカスのタイヤ半径方向外側かつトレッド部の内方に配されたベルト層を有し、
前記コード補強層の外端は、前記ベルト層のタイヤ軸方向の外端とタイヤ最大幅位置との間のタイヤ半径方向の中点よりもタイヤ半径方向外側に位置する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ベルト層のタイヤ軸方向の外端と前記コード補強層の外端との間のタイヤ半径方向の距離は、タイヤ断面高さの5%~35%である、請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記コード補強層のタイヤ半径方向の長さは、タイヤ断面高さの20%~60%である、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記コード補強層は、補強コードを含み、
前記補強コードのタイヤ周方向に対する角度は、70~90度である、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記コード補強層の厚さは、タイヤ断面高さの1%~5%である、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
