Description
Claims (13)
- ペインおよび駆動装置(1)を有するスピン窓(100)であって、
前記駆動装置(1)は、環状のステータユニット(10)と、環状のロータユニット(30)と、ベースプレート(50)とを有し、
前記ロータユニット(30)には、ペイン(110)が配置されており、
前記ステータユニット(10)は、コイルコア(12)及びコイルボビン(13)を有する少なくとも3つのコイル(11)を有し、
前記ロータユニット(30)は、軸受ユニット(31)を有し、前記コイル(11)は、前記ステータユニット(10)内に収容空間(14)を形成し、
前記コイルコア(12)及び前記軸受ユニット(31)は、前記ベースプレート(50)に立設され、前記コイルボビン(13)は、少なくとも部分的にプリント回路基板(60)上に配置され、前記プリント回路基板(60)は、前記ベースプレート(50)上に載置され、凹部(61)を有することを特徴とするスピン窓(100)。 - 前記ロータユニット(30)は、軸方向(A)において前記コイル(11)に対して同心に配置され、前記軸受ユニット(31)と共に前記収容空間(14)内に少なくとも部分的に突出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記コイルコア(12)は、前記凹部(61)の領域において突起(15)を介して接続され、少なくとも1つのコイルコア要素(16)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1~2のいずれか一項に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記プリント回路基板(60)は、開ループおよび/または閉ループ制御回路(62)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記コイルボビン(13)及び前記開ループ及び/又は閉ループ制御回路(62)は、実質的に1つの平面上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記軸受ユニット(31)は、支持要素(32)を有し、前記支持要素(32)は、前記コイル(11)の前記ベースプレート(50)とは反対側において、前記コイル(11)を少なくとも部分的に覆って径方向(R)に延在する接触領域(33)を有し、少なくとも3つの永久磁石(34)が前記支持要素(32)上に配置され、前記永久磁石(34)は、円形リングセグメントの形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記軸方向(A)において、前記接触領域(33)と前記コイル(11)との間に隙間(S)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記プリント回路基板(60)、前記コイル(11)、前記ベースプレート(50)は、ポッティング化合物(70)でポッティングされることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記ペイン(110)は、接続プレート(111)とカバーキャップ(112)との間で前記ロータユニット(30)上に保持され、前記接続プレート(111)および前記カバーキャップ(112)は、前記ロータユニット(30)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記ペイン(110)は、その径方向外周(114)に円周カラー(115)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または9に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記カラー(115)は、軸方向(A)に突出する径方向に周方向の案内溝(116)を有し、前記案内溝は、前記スピン窓(100)の環状ベース本体(120)の案内突起(121)と係合し、前記案内溝(116)および前記案内突起(121)は接触しないことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記駆動装置(1)の前記ベースプレート(50)は、前記スピン窓(100)の環状ベース本体(120)の内径(122)に配置され、前記環状ベース本体(120)内で径方向内向きに突出することを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のスピン窓(100)。
- 前記駆動装置(1)の前記ベースプレート(50)のために、前記スピン窓(100)の環状ベース本体(120)に向かって突出するカバーハウジング(130)が設けられ、前記駆動装置(1)の前記ロータユニット(30)が、少なくとも部分的に前記カバーハウジング(130)を通って突出することを特徴とする、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のスピン窓(100)。
