Description
図1は、原料処理装置10の一例を示す模式図である。本実施の形態の原料処理装置10は、原料100を水蒸気102によって処理する。
上記第1の実施の形態では、第2の管状部材24の少なくとも一部が第1管状部材16の内側に配置されてなる形態を一例として説明した。
上記第1の実施の形態では、反応部11から排出された回収対象ガス107を、燃焼炉46へ供給する形態を一例として説明した。本実施の形態では、回収対象ガス107を貯留部に排出する形態を説明する。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも一部が原料の反応温度以上の温度に加熱され、長手方向の一端部である第1の端部側から供給された水蒸気を長手方向の他端部である第2の端部側から排出する第1管状部材と、
少なくとも一部が前記第1管状部材に熱的に接触配置され、長手方向の一端部である第3の端部側から前記原料が供給され、前記第1管状部材から排出された前記反応温度以上の前記水蒸気が長手方向の他端部である第4の端部側から供給され、前記原料と前記水蒸気との反応生成物である回収対象ガスを排出する第2管状部材と、
を備え、
前記第2管状部材は、
前記第3の端部側の封止された端面に設けられ前記第2管状部材内に連通された原料供給管を介して前記原料が供給され、
前記第3の端部側の封止された前記端面に設けられ前記第2管状部材内に連通された第2供給管を介して前記回収対象ガスを排出し、
管状の前記第2管状部材と管状の前記第1管状部材との長手方向に直交する直交断面が互いに同心円状となるように、少なくとも一部が前記第1管状部材の内側に配置されてなる、
原料処理装置。 - 前記第1管状部材は、
熱作用部によって前記反応温度以上の温度に加熱され、
前記熱作用部は、
燃料の燃焼によって前記反応温度以上の熱を発生する燃焼炉であり、
前記第1管状部材および前記第2管状部材を有する反応部は、前記燃焼炉内に配置されてなる、
請求項1に記載の原料処理装置。 - 燃料の燃焼によって発生した前記反応温度以上の熱を液体に伝え、前記水蒸気を発生させる熱交換部と、
前記水蒸気を前記第1管状部材へ供給する第1供給管と、
を備える、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の原料処理装置。 - 前記第2管状部材の長手方向は、
水平方向に対して交差する交差方向であり、
前記原料と前記水蒸気との前記反応生成物である前記回収対象ガス以外の反応残渣が前記第2管状部材の鉛直方向下流側である前記第4の端部側から排出され、
前記第2管状部材の前記鉛直方向下流側に設けられ、前記反応残渣を貯留する液体貯留部と、
前記液体貯留部の底面に設けられ、前記液体貯留部内に連通し、前記液体貯留部より小さい径の第3管状部材と、
前記第3管状部材の鉛直方向上流側端部の開口を該第3管状部材に対して間隙を隔てて覆う覆部材と、
を備える、
請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載の原料処理装置。 - 前記第2供給管は、
前記回収対象ガスを前記燃焼炉に供給する、
請求項2に記載の原料処理装置。 - 前記回収対象ガスを冷却し、排出ガスと液化物とに分離する冷却機構と、
前記排出ガスを排出する排出管と、
前記液化物を前記第2管状部材に供給する第3供給管と、
を備える、
請求項1~請求項4の何れか1項に記載の原料処理装置。
