Claims (5)
- 유체가 저장된 유체하우징(10);
상기 유체하우징(10)에 설치되며, 연료 연소에 의해 열과 배기가스가 발생하는 1차연소챔버(20);
상기 1차연소챔버(20)에서 이송된 배기가스가 유입되는 2차연소챔버(30);
상기 2차연소챔버(30)에 유입된 배기가스가 연소되도록 상기 2차연소챔버(30)로 산소를 공급하는 송풍기(40);
상기 2차연소챔버(30)에서 이송된 배기가스가 유입되어 가열되는 열교환챔버(50);
상기 열교환챔버(50)의 열이 상기 유체하우징(10)로 전달되도록 상기 열교환챔버(50)와 유체하우징(10)을 연결하는 연결관(60); 및
상기 열교환챔버(50)에서 이송된 배기가스가 배출되는 배기하우징(70);을 포함하며,
상기 2차연소챔버(30)는 내주면에 방사상으로 설치되는 내화벽돌(31)을 포함하며,
상기 내화벽돌(31)의 내부에 상변화물질이 내장되며,
상기 열교환챔버(50)는 내부에 방사상으로 설치되며 상기 2차연소챔버(30)에서 이송된 배기가스가 통과하는 다수의 열교환관(51)을 포함하며,
상기 열교환챔버(50)는 양단이 막힌 구조로 형성되며, 양단이 각각 상기 열교환관(51)의 양단과 관통 결합되는 폐열 회수율이 극대화된 소각 보일러.
