Description

Claims (8)
- ターボ機械の部品であって、ニッケルと、1マイクロメートル未満の平均サイズを有する粒子(P)と、ホウ素とリンのうちの少なくとも1つと、の混合物を含む組成物(C)の、無電解ニッケルめっき(ENP)を介して堆積された少なくとも1つの層で少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた基材を備え、前記組成物(C)の層が、50マイクロメートルを超えて100マイクロメートルまでの厚さを有し、前記粒子(P)が、セラミック材料、グラファイト系材料、又はフルオロポリマーを含む、又はこれらから成り、
前記組成物(C)が、(C)の総重量に対して、15~20重量%の前記粒子(P)を含み、前記組成物(C)の厚さ変動が≦5μmである、部品。 - 前記組成物(C)が、セラミック材料の粒子とフルオロポリマーの粒子とを含む、請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記セラミック材料が、窒化ケイ素、酸化ジルコニウム、二酸化ケイ素、炭化ケイ素、窒化ホウ素、炭化タングステン、炭化ホウ素、酸化アルミニウム、窒化アルミニウム、炭化チタン(Tic)、酸化チタン(TiO2)、ハフニウム炭化物(HfC)、炭化ジルコニウム(ZrC)、炭化タンタル(TaC)、ハフニウム/タンタル炭化物(TaxHfy-xCy)、ほう化ジルコニウムZrB2、酸化マグネシウムMgO、酸化イットリウム(Y2O3)、酸化バナジウム(VO2)、イットリア部分安定化酸化ジルコニウム(YSZ)、及びこれらの混合物のうちの1つであり、前記グラファイト系材料が、MWCNT(マルチウォールカーボンナノチューブ)、GNP(グラファイトナノプレレート)、グラフェン、グラファイトオキシド、及びこれらの混合物のうちの1つであり、前記フルオロポリマーが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリビニリデンフルオリド(PVDF)、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)、ペルフルオロアルコキシ(PFA)、フッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)、ポリエチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン(ECTFE)、エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、及びこれらの混合物のうちの1つである、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記粒子(P)が、50~500ナノメートルの平均粒径を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 化学ニッケルめっきによって堆積され、前記組成物(C)の組成と異なる組成を有する少なくとも1つのコーティング層を、前記基材と、化学ニッケルめっきによって堆積された組成物(C)の層との間に備える、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 遠心圧縮機、往復圧縮機、ガスタービン、遠心ポンプ、海底部品、蒸気タービン、又はターボマシン補助システムの部品であり、好ましくは、流圧部品、伝熱部品、並びに評
価設備、掘削設備、補完設備、井戸掘削設備、海底設備の一部である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の部品。 - 好ましくは、遠心圧縮機、往復圧縮機、ガスタービン、遠心ポンプ、海底部品、又は蒸気タービン、並びに評価設備、掘削設備、補完設備、井戸掘削設備、海底設備の一部である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の部品を備えるターボ機械。
- ターボ機械の表面上の摩耗又は付着を防ぐための、ニッケルと、1マイクロメートル未満の平均寸法を有する粒子(P)と、ホウ素とリンのうちの少なくとも1つと、を含む混合物を含む組成物(C)の少なくとも1つの層を備えるコーティングの使用であって、前記組成物(C)の層が50マイクロメートルを超えて100マイクロメートルまでの厚さを有し、前記粒子(P)が、セラミック材料、グラファイト系材料、又はフルオロポリマーを含む、又はこれらから成り、前記使用が、摩耗及び/又は汚損する可能性のあるターボ機械の表面の少なくとも一部への、前記組成物(C)の化学ニッケルめっき(ENP)を介した適用を含み、
前記組成物(C)が、(C)の総重量に対して、15~20重量%の前記粒子(P)を含み、前記組成物(C)の厚さ変動が≦5μmである、使用。
