Claims (17)
- ロッド(100)を骨固着要素(1)に結合するための受け部(5、5’)を含む、多軸骨固着装置であって、前記受け部(5、5’)は、
第1の端(8a)および第2の端(8b)と、前記第1の端および前記第2の端を通って延在する中心軸(C)と、前記第1の端から前記第2の端へ前記中心軸に沿って延在する通路(85、85’)と、前記第1の端で前記ロッドを受けるためのくぼみ(83)とを有する、上方部材(8、8’)と、
第1の端(10a)および第2の端(10b)と、前記第1の端から前記第2の端へ軸方向に延在する通路(101、102;102’)とを有する、下方部材(10、10’)とを含み、前記下方部材は、前記上方部材の前記第2の端(8b)から前記上方部材に接続可能であり、前記下方部材は、前記骨固着要素のヘッド(3)のための座部(92、102’)を含み、前記受け部(5、5’)はさらに、
挿入されたヘッド(3)に圧力を加えるための加圧部材(6、6’)を含み、前記加圧部材は、前記上方部材(8、8’)内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、

前記上方部材(8、8’)には止め具(800、800’)が設けられ、前記加圧部材(6、6’)は、前記骨固着要素のヘッド(3)が挿入された状態で前記下方部材(10、10’)が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ動かされると、前記止め具(800、800’)に当たるように構成されている、多軸骨固着装置。 - 前記下方部材(10、10’)は、前記下方部材(10、10’)を前記軸方向に前進させることによって前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ可動であり、前記下方部材(10、10’)が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ動かされると、挿入されたヘッド(3)に加えられるクランプ力が増加する、請求項1に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記下方部材(10、10’)は、器具の助けを借りて、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ、およびその逆に動かされるように構成され、前記下方部材は、器具の助けを借りずに、前記第1の位置に、および前記第2の位置にとどまるように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記下方部材(10、10’)は、ねじ山接続部(86)によって前記上方部材(8、8’)に接続可能である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記下方部材(10、10’)は、前記下方部材(10、10’)を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ動かすように構成された、器具(200、300)との係合のための外側係合構造(103)を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 好ましくは、挿入されたロッド(100)を通して前記加圧部材(6、6’)に圧力をかけるように構成された、前記ロッドのための前記くぼみ(83)と係合する固定要素(7)が提供される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記固定要素が、挿入されたロッド(100)を通して前記加圧部材(6、6’)に圧力をかけるように構成される、請求項6に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記下方部材(10、10’)は前記第2の端(10b)で開口部を含み、前記開口部の内径は、前記骨固着要素のヘッド(3)の最大直径(E)よりも大きい、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記下方部材(10)は、前記ヘッド(3)の最大直径よりも小さい直径まで前記開口部を狭くするために前記下方部材(10)に挿入されるように構成された挿入部材(9、9’)を含む、請求項8に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記上方部材(8)は、前記第2の端(8b)に隣接または接近して、ヘッド(3)の球状外面部分の形状に適合された球形状を有する内壁部分(85d)を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記第2の端(8b)に隣接する前記上方部材(8)の壁は、前記ヘッド(3)が前記上方部材に入る際に拡張可能である、請求項10に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記第2の端(8b)に隣接する前記上方部材(8)の前記壁は、少なくとも1つのスリット(87)を含む、請求項11に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記加圧部材(6’)は、挿入されたヘッド(3)を取り囲む可撓性部分(62’)を含み、前記加圧部材(6’)の下縁(65)は、ヘッドが挿入されると前記下方部材(10’)の前記第2の端(10b)の前記開口部を狭くするように構成されている、請求項8に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 前記骨固着要素(1)の前記ヘッド(3)は、前記第2の端(10b)から前記下方部材(10’)に挿入可能である、請求項13に記載の多軸骨固着装置。
- 骨に固着するためのシャンク(2)と、球形状の外面部分を有するヘッド(3)とを有する骨固着要素(1)をさらに含む、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固着装置。

前記下方部材(10、10’)と係合するように構成された外側スリーブ(300)と、
前記外側スリーブ(300)内に少なくとも部分的に設けられ、回転可能に固定された態様で前記上方部材(8、8’)と係合するように構成された内側スリーブ(200)とを含み、
前記外側スリーブ(300)が前記下方部材(10、10’)と係合し、前記内側スリーブ(200)が前記上方部材(8、8’)と係合すると、前記外側スリーブ(300)は、前記上方部材(8、8’)に対して前記下方部材(10、10’)を動かすために、前記内側スリーブ(200)に対して可動である、システム。
