Description
Claims (16)
- ロッドを骨固定要素に連結するための骨固定装置であって、

前記頭部(3)に圧力を加えるための加圧部材(7;7′;7″)を含み、
前記加圧部材(7;7′;7″)は、少なくとも1つの係合部(756;753a,753b;75a″,75b″)を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの係合部は、器具と係合すると、前記中心軸の方向に沿って前記加圧部材(7;7′;7″)を、前記器具によって、前記頭部(3)が前記受け部(5,5′,5″)内で旋回可能なアンロック位置から、前記頭部(3)がクランプされるロック位置に移動するように構成され、

前記加圧部材の前記少なくとも1つの係合部(756;753a,753b;75a″,75b″)は、前記少なくとも1つの側面開口を通って延在し、
前記側面開口は、前記少なくとも1つの係合部(756;753a,753b;75a″,75b″)が前記側面開口内を前記中心軸の方向に移動可能であるように構成され、
前記受け部(5,5′,5″)は、第1当接面(50b;560a;50c″)を備え、前記第1当接面は、前記加圧部材(7)に設けられた第2当接面(71;751;71″)と協働することによって、前記器具を取り外した場合に前記加圧部材(7;7′;7″)を前記ロック位置に保持するように構成されている、骨固定装置。 - 前記加圧部材(7;7′;7″)は、前記第1当接面(50b;560a;50c″)と前記第2当接面(71;751;71″)との間の摩擦によって、前記ロック位置に保持される、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記加圧部材(7;7′;7″)と前記受け部(5,5′,5″)との間のプレスフィット連結によって前記ロック位置に保持される、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記側面開口(55a,55b,55a′,55b′;55a″,55b″)の前記中心軸の方向の上縁および下縁が、前記加圧部材(7;7′;7″)の動きを制限するための上方止め部および下方止め部を形成する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記加圧部材(7;7′;7″)は、前記頭部(3)の最大幅を有する部分で前記頭部(3)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、
前記第2当接面(71;71″)は、前記受け部(5;5′;5″)の前記第2端部(5b)に向かって、前記頭部(3)の最大幅を有する部分またはその下方に位置する前記加圧部材(7;7″)の外面によって形成され、

- 前記加圧部材(7′)は、前記少なくとも1つの側面開口(55a′,55b′)を通って前記受け部(5′)に取り付け可能であり、前記側面開口(55a′,55b′)を通って延在する少なくとも1つの側面延在部(750a′,750b′)を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記第1当接面(560a)および前記第2当接面(751)は、前記少なくとも1つの側面開口(55a′,55b′)を囲む内壁に配置され、
前記第1当接面(560a)および前記第2当接面(751)は、協働する楔形面である、請求項8に記載の骨固定装置。 - 前記受け部(5;5′;5″)は、前記器具と係合するための少なくとも1つの係合部(53a,53b;53a′,53b′;53b″)を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。

前記第1管材(100)が前記加圧部材と係合し且つ前記第2管材(100)が前記受け部と係合する場合、前記第1管材(100)は、前記第2管材(120)に対して移動可能であり、前記受け部(5;5′;5″)に対して前記加圧部材(7;7′;7″)を移動させ、
前記第1管材(100)は、外側管材であり、
前記第2管材(120)は、前記外側管材の内側に配置される内側管材であり、
前記加圧部材(7;7′;7″)および/または前記受け部(5;5′;5″)は、前記受け部(5;5′)に対して前記第1管材(100)および前記第2管材(120)を各々回転させることによって、前記第1管材(100)および前記第2管材(120)と各々係合するように構成されている、システム。
