前記細胞作製プレートの前記第1側近傍に配置されていて前記細胞誘導培養槽を加温する加温素子と、
前記細胞作製プレートの前記第2側近傍に配置されていて前記培地循環路を冷却する冷却素子と、
を備える、細胞製造装置。 - 前記第1側及び前記第2側は、前記細胞作製プレートの第1面及び第2面であるか、又は前記細胞作製プレートの第1縁及び第2縁である、請求項1又は2に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記培地循環路は前記細胞作製プレートの単位面積当たりの流路面積を相対的に大きくした流路集中部を備えており、該流路集中部は多数のコーナーを有しており、前記冷却素子が前記流路集中部を冷却する、請求項2に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記細胞誘導培養槽と前記流路集中部との間に断熱材をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記細胞誘導培養槽は、細胞浮遊培養を行う三次元培養槽であるか、又は接着培養を行う二次元培養槽である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記細胞誘導培養槽は、培養槽と、前記培地を前記培養槽に供給する培地槽と、を一体的に備えており、前記培養槽と前記培地槽が近接している、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記細胞誘導培養槽は前記培養槽と前記培地槽との間で特定成分の行き来を許容する特定成分透過部材をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記特定成分透過部材は前記培地の行き来を許容する、請求項8に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記加温素子は、前記細胞誘導培養槽に配置される透明板と、前記透明板に固着された透明導電膜と、を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記冷却素子は冷却側及び発熱側を備えるペルチェ素子であり、前記冷却素子の前記発熱側で発生する熱を前記加温素子に伝導する熱伝導部材をさらに備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記細胞作製プレートに着脱可能に連結するベースプレートをさらに備え、前記冷却素子が前記ベースプレートに配置されており、前記冷却素子は、冷却側及び発熱側を備えるペルチェ素子であり、前記冷却素子の発熱側で発生する熱を前記加温素子に伝導する熱伝導部材をさらに備える、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記細胞誘導培養槽の前方、周囲方向、及び後方のうちの少なくとも1つから照明を当てる照明部をさらに備える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記細胞誘導培養槽又は前記細胞誘導培養槽に供給される培地を循環する培地循環路は、使用した前記培地のpH値を測定するpH測定部を備える、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記細胞誘導培養槽又は前記細胞誘導培養槽に供給される培地を循環する培地循環路の少なくとも一部が白色又は黒色である、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の細胞製造装置。
- 前記第1側及び前記第2側は、前記細胞作製プレートの前面及び後面、頂面及び底面、左側面及び右側面、前頂縁及び前底縁、前左側縁及び前右側縁、前頂縁及び後底縁、前左側縁及び後右側縁を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の細胞製造装置。
