Description
Claims (14)
- 動脈波を測定する脈波測定センサ部と、
前記脈波測定センサ部で検出される第1及び第2の動脈波を利用して血圧を算出する血圧算出部とを含む血圧測定システムであり、
前記第1の動脈波は、身体の所定部位において等圧下で測定される動脈波であり、前記第2の動脈波は、前記所定部位とは異なる部位に変動圧力が加えられた状態で測定される動脈波であり、
前記血圧算出部は、
前記第2の動脈波の測定の際、前記変動圧力による動脈波の遮断時間を基準に、前記第1の動脈波と前記第2の動脈波の同一時間地点が重なるように前記第1の動脈波の振幅を補正し、
振幅が補正された前記第1の動脈波を前記第2の動脈波にマッピングしたマッピング動脈波を算出し、
前記マッピング動脈波に含まれる、振幅が補正された前記第1の動脈波を利用して前記血圧を算出することを特徴とする血圧測定システム。 - 前記脈波測定センサ部は、
前記第1の動脈波を測定する第1のセンサと、
前記第2の動脈波を測定する第2のセンサとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血圧測定システム。 - 前記第2のセンサによって動脈波の測定が行われる部位に前記変動圧力を加えるための加圧ユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の血圧測定システム。
- 前記加圧ユニットは、
被検部を引き締めるための引き締め器と、空気袋に空気を注入するためのエアポンプと、熱膨張部材と、形状記憶合金とのうち何れか1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の血圧測定システム。 - 前記加圧ユニットは、
前記空気袋へ空気を案内する通路と、前記空気袋の空気を排出するエア排出口とのうち少なくとも1つを開閉するためのバルブをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の血圧測定システム。 - 前記第2のセンサは、前記加圧ユニットが昇圧又は減圧される過程で前記第2の動脈波を測定することを特徴とする、請求項3乃至5のうち何れか一項に記載の血圧測定システム。
- 前記第1のセンサ及び前記第2のセンサは、圧力センサと、光センサと、血管のインピーダンスを測定するインピーダンスセンサとのうち何れか1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の血圧測定システム。
- 前記圧力センサは、空気圧センサと、フィルム型圧力センサと、ストレインゲージ(Strain Gauge)とのうち何れか1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の血圧測定システム。
- 前記第1のセンサ及び前記第2のセンサは、互いに異なる部位で同時に前記第1の動脈波及び前記第2の動脈波をそれぞれ測定することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の血圧測定システム。
- 前記血圧算出部は、
前記マッピング動脈波に含まれる、振幅が補正された前記第1の動脈波において、最高値を最高血圧に決定し、最低値を最低血圧に決定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血圧測定システム。 - 2つの動脈波を測定する脈波測定センサ部及び前記脈波測定センサ部で測定された第1及び第2の動脈波を利用して血圧を算出する血圧算出部を含む血圧測定システムによって行われる血圧算出方法であり、
前記第1の動脈波は、身体の所定部位において等圧下で測定される動脈波であり、前記第2の動脈波は、前記所定部位とは異なる部位に変動圧力が加えられた状態で測定される動脈波であり、
前記血圧算出部が、
前記第2の動脈波の測定の際、前記変動圧力による動脈波の遮断時間を基準に、前記第1の動脈波と前記第2の動脈波の同一時間地点が重なるように前記第1の動脈波の振幅を補正し、振幅が補正された前記第1の動脈波を前記第2の動脈波にマッピングしたマッピング動脈波を算出し、前記マッピング動脈波に含まれる、振幅が補正された前記第1の動脈波を利用して前記血圧を算出するステップを含むことを特徴とする血圧算出方法。 - 前記脈波測定センサ部が、互いに異なる部位で同時に前記第1の動脈波及び前記第2の動脈波をそれぞれ測定する動脈波測定ステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の血圧算出方法。
- 前記動脈波測定ステップは、
前記第2の動脈波が測定される部位の圧力が昇圧又は減圧される過程で前記第2の動脈波を測定することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の血圧算出方法。 - 前記血圧算出ステップは、
前記マッピング動脈波に含まれる、振幅が補正された前記第1の動脈波において、最高値を最高血圧に決定し、最低値を最低血圧に決定することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の血圧算出方法。
